Super séjour chez Anne Marie. Maison incroyable avec de beaux espaces, décorées avec gout et un extérieur qui donne envie d’y rester toute l’année ! Maison très propre et accueil remarquable, Anne Marie est une hôte de qualité que nous recommandons vivement!

Excellent séjour

Très chouette acceuil d'Anne-Marie qui se préoccupe vraiment de notre bien-être dans la maison. Celle-ci est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La piscine et le coin salon exterieur nous ont permis de bien profiter. Très bonne localisation. On est proche de tout. On recommande vivement !

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de vacances avec trois personnes en juillet. La maison est plus belle que les photos ne peuvent le montrer. Il est meublé de façon moderne et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus et assez grands. Un supermarché et une pharmacie sont à proximité. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre les deux à pied. La propriétaire était sympathique et a répondu à toutes les questions. Arcachon à proximité et les dunes sont facilement accessibles en voiture. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances et nous avons pu bien nous détendre.

Unterkunft nicht klimatisiert und unsauber - Vermieterin sehr unfreundlich und beleidigend

Dieses Haus hat seine Besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Vermieterin wirkt stark überfordert und ist generell sehr unsympathisch. Das Haus an sich, war leider nicht sehr sauber: - Hundehaare auf Couch, Bett und Teppich - verschmutzte Küche - schmutziges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler - Wäsche der Vermieterin in der Waschmaschine - Flecken auf den Bettlaken und alte Matratzen - Pool war leicht grün und stark überchlort - Auflagen der Pool-Liegen waren sehr schmutzig - Garten war ungepflegt - unsaubere Wände - lose Tapete und Flecken - die Bäder waren o.k. Generell wirkt dieses Haus sehr sanierungsbedürftig und ist allenfalls zum Übernachten geeignet. Wer viel Zeit dort verbringen möchte, sollte sich etwas Anderes suchen. Wir fragten nett unter Anderem nach sauberen Bettlaken und einem funktionierendem Staubsauger um die Hundehaare zu entfernen. Darauf bekamen wir direkt patzige und unreife Antworten - jedoch keine Bettlaken oder Staubsauger. Bei kleinsten Wünschen und/oder Nachfragen wirkt die Vermieterin schnell stark genervt und hat anscheinend auch generell ein Problem mit Ausländern. Wir mussten uns öfter Aussagen anhören wie: - "Sie sind ein Schwein" - "keiner möchte Deutsche hier haben" - "bleiben Sie in Ihrem Land". Wir haben den Kontakt zur Vermieterin daraufhin abgebrochen und das Beste aus dem Urlaub gemacht. In der Umgebung kann man tolle Unternehmungen machen und braucht sich somit nicht allzu lange in der Unterkunft aufhalten.

Nos batteries sont rechargées !!

Une semaine dans cette villa qui nous a complètement rechargée nos batteries…Une villa magnifique decoree avec goût, on s y sent très bien et la piscine chauffée avec un temps magnifique comme nous avons eu nous a permis de bien nous amuser avec les enfants. Les pistes cyclables juste à côté sont aussi très appréciables pour faire du vélo en famille. La prochaine fois qu on a nos batteries à plat on y retourne 😜
