Arcachon Bay House private heated pool - sleeps 7/8

House on the Arcachon Bay, ideally located in Audenge between the Dune du Pilat, Cap Ferret, the Atlantic beaches, and the surrounding lakes, with a capacity of up to 5 adults and 3 children.

This 110 m² single-story house is ideal for your stays with family or friends.
It sleeps up to 8 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 with 2 double beds and 1 with a bunk bed for 3 people. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 1-2 people.
The bathroom, with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet, also includes a washing machine and dryer.
A second bathroom is available with a shower and sink.
The house has a second separate toilet.
The 55 m² living area (kitchen, living room, dining room) is air-conditioned and opens onto a large covered terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the pleasant climate of the pool around a barbecue.
You'll also enjoy a 1,400 m² wooded plot of land as well as a traditional heated swimming pool (from May 15th to September 15th) and secured (minors must always remain under the supervision of adults). Deckchairs and parasols are also available for you to enjoy relaxing moments.
A trampoline is available for younger guests, who must remain under parental supervision.
The neighborhood is very quiet, and our neighbors appreciate a certain tranquility that must be respected.

The town of Audenge is appreciated for its charm as well as its numerous leisure activities (sports, walks, bike paths, cultural visits, and gourmet oyster tastings, a great specialty of the region, etc.). Many shops are nearby. You can swim in the natural pools of Audenge harbor, 2.5 km away, or enjoy Lanton Beach, 8 minutes away.
Biganos train station is less than 10 minutes away, and Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is a 45-minute drive.

Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit ließ aber zu wünschen übrig, vor allem im Bad. Beim Empfang sollte man aber Französisch können, die angegebenen Englisch Kenntnisse funktionieren nur schriftlich.

Les vacances idéales !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! C'est vraiment une location clef en main, tout est mis à disposition pour passer de bonnes vacances : des jouets pour les enfants, des bouées pour la piscine, les vélos, les équipements dans la cuisine... Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Rue très calme. C'est aussi très bien placé : à 10min d'un Aldi, 15min à pied d'un bistrot et d'une boulangerie. À 10min en vélo, il y a Chez Baleste pour déguster des fruits de mer. Enfin, la communication est très rapide avec les hôtes, tout comme avec la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil.

Vacances à Audenge

Un très bon accueil de Véronique (personne sur place). Un petit cadeau d'arrivée par le propriétaire. Les lits étaient faits quand nous sommes à notre arrivée ce qui est agréable. Une belle piscine avec une sécurité pour les jeunes enfants (bouées, frites, à disposition). La famille a passé un agréable séjour. Maison très bien équipée. A recommander.

C’était parfait

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Mathieu. La maison était conforme à l’annonce. La maison est très bien agencée, très confortable, tout est prévu pour un agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui était à une très bonne température. Un grand merci pour les gentilles attentions (bouteille de Rosé et de vin rouge) à notre arrivée. Il y a des moustiques mais les hôtes ont tout prévu : prises dans chaque chambre, bougies. Estelle et Véronique étaient très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super séjour !

La maison est superbe, tres bien aménagée et tres confortable , tout est nickel et tres bien étudié pour les famille en particulier , au delà de nos attentes! Le logement est tres propre et le jardin tres soigné, la piscine particulièrement agréable, chauffée sécurisée, avec un grand espace de jeu , un trampoline et de nombreuses chaises longues. Nos hotes ont vraiment ete aux petits soins avec nous pour que nous ne manquions de rien durant le séjour, nous reviendrons certainement et le recommandons sans hesiter !

Schöner Aufenthalt am Atlantik

Wir hatten als Familie einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Mathieu. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: ruhig, zentral zu schönen Stränden Richtung Arcachon und Le Porge, Bordeaux, gute Restaurants. Das Haus ist gross mit einem schönen Pool und hat sehr bequeme Betten.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ein Supermarkt sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann man wunderbar die sehr schöne Umgebung erkunden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich insbesondere der Poolbereich ist wirklich toll. Außerdem hat man ein elektrisches Tor und kann mit dem Auto auf dem Gelände parken.was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Wir wurden von der Nachbarin empfangen und eingewiesen ,aber die Gastgeber waren jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und haben schnell geantwortet wenn es Fragen gab. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig für empfindliche Schläfer so wie uns war das ein wenig schwierig,aber das ist ja ein subjektives Empfinden. Alles in Allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Super Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Top ausgestattet. Absolutes Highlight ist der Swimming Pool. Sehr netter Empfang und keinerlei Probleme mit dem Vermieter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Emilie et Mathieu. La maison est idéalement située à Audenge. La piscine chauffée est appréciable même si nous avons été trop frileuses pour réellement en profiter. Merci pour cet accueil et ces échanges sympathiques. A bientôt peut-être 😊

La maison , propre et aménagé avec goût , on y retrouve tous le nécessaire pour des vacances réussi. Les deux W.C et salle de bain sont très appréciables. L'extérieur est lui aussi très réussi avec beaucoup de place pour les voitures . La piscine et la terrasse sont eux aussi très bien aménagés avec beaucoup de place sur les chaises longues ainsi que sur la grande table extérieur. Pour finir nous remercions les propriétaires ainsi que les gérants de la maison pour leur disponibilité.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Audenge

Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht: Es ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der große Pool im Garten, der für Familien mit kleineren Kindern durch eine abschließbare Pforte vom restlichen Grundstück getrennt ist und somit kindersicher ist. Am Pool gab es genügend Liegen für alle und auch Sonnenschirme, was bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Wohnstraße und ist zu den Nachbarn durch Zäune, Hecken und Bäume optisch getrennt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, ideal zum Erholen nach einer Woche Städtetour. Im Ort selbst ist alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, was man sich wünscht und es gibt auch schöne Restaurants. Von Audenge aus kann man gut Ausflüge in andere Orte am Bassin unternehmen, z.B. nach Arcachon oder auch Le Teich. Es war eine rundum schöne Woche!

Alles da für einen super Urlaub

Wir fanden ein modernes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor. Wir haben iund wie zu Hause gefühlt. Matthieu, der nicht vor Ort war, hatte sich fürsorglich erkundet und wir wurden vor Ort von Veronique empfangen, die uns alles zeigte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein toller Ort, um Urlaub zu machen.
