Beautiful apartment, completely renovated with taste, includes a living room with lounge and television, a dining area and an open kitchen, fitted and equipped with a top refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Phillips coffee maker as well as a dishwasher.
A first bedroom with 140 bed (washing machine in cupboard), a second cabin bedroom with 90 bunk beds and chest of drawers. A bathroom. Separate WC.
Pleasant covered balcony with its furniture.
A parking space in the basement.
Pets allowed WIFI. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.

Emplacement top, mais logement trop petit pour 4
2h d’attente à notre arrivée avant la remise des clefs. Correspondante de l’agence souriante. Logement petit, avec une pièce pour les lits superposés vraiment étriquée et sans aération possible, un four en période estivale. La place de parking de l’appartement se situe dans un autre bâtiment, et elle est dans un recoin, ce qui fait que si le locataire de la place voisine est trop avancé, vous ne pouvez pas sortir ! De plus pour transférer vos bagages vous aurez pas moins de 5 portes et un ascenseur à franchir.
Dans l’appartement en lui même, peu de rangements, et des oreillers à mémoire de forme qui réduisent considérablement la longueur utile du lit double.
Pour le reste : rien à redire. Le gros point fort est le calme et la localisation parfaite!
