Home is in a great location (10 minute walk down to Kenneth Arthur Crossing). Has plenty of amenities to bbq or cook inside; and plenty of space for a small family. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

I would love to host your family again. Great communication and left the house tidy.
Close stay and easy check in/out process. House is clean and has an interesting master bath. Only thing would be everything is for master room and nowhere for other guests to put their things. Just a room with 2 beds.
Beautiful property but it was extremely dirty when arrived.

Guest sent a picture of hard water stain but didn’t allow us to correct the issue ; stating it was due to Covid concerns. We had the opportunity ti meet our guest at our other property; no issues we mentioned. They mentioned they were enjoying the river and properties
The highlight of this property is definitely the porch patio and the corn hole game with outdoor lighting! We enjoyed watching the deer each evening.
Wifi was fast, and there was plenty of dishware in the kitchen.
The master bedroom and bathroom was HUGE; however, the second bedroom is on the small size, especially if you have two adult-sized college boys sleeping there. There really is just enough room for a double bed and twin size bed. No dresser drawer or closet to store luggage.
My only recommendation is that the unit does need a thorough deep clean, such as dusting of baseboards and window ledges, cleaning the floors underneath the bed, wiping dust from the fan blades, etc. bathrooms and kitchen was clean including fridge was clean.
Dropping off the trash on the way out was quick and convenient.
Despite the deep cleaning details, we would come back again.
The house was beautiful but the porch was definitely the highlight. It was absolutely wonderful to sit out there each morning and evening to visit with the many deer that would come into the yard. It was a perfect location to visit Garner State Park and would love to stay there again next time we are in the area.
I can't express how impressed I was with the house and accommodations. The A/C worked excellently in this hot weather and there were more utensils than I have at my permanent home making cooking a snap! The deck is excellent for morning coffee as well as many evenings hanging out and watching the stars. We saw many shooting stars during our stay!! There is always a place for shade outside. It is very convenient to local stores and access to the Concan watering hole as well as tubing options. The owner Daryl was extremely friendly and informative. I really enjoyed conversing with him on an off throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!
Family member came down with Covid and needed a lot of attention. So we were not able to go.
I am sure the place is beautiful and lots of fun!! Hopefully next year!!
Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was super comfortable for our family. The owners were great with communication and helpful tips on things to do since we visited after Labor Day. The house had everything we needed to make our trip great. We LOVED seeing so many deer and sitting out by the fire in the evenings. We would recommend this property to any family or group looking to get away!

We really enjoyed hosting Kim and her group. They were very tidy and respectful of the home. We enjoyed seeing there son enjoying nature. We would recommend them to other hosts.
The house was dirty. Sheets and towels smelled bad No matter how many times you washed them. King bed was extremely uncomfortable. Under kitchen cabinets was dirty. Mice in the house.

I met with the cleaning crew yesterday and walked the property. Cleaning lady felt she was treated rudely by guest. It was an honest mistake that a queen sheet set was given instead of a king, and that was dealt with quickly. I understand you were upset about the sheets, we apologized for mix up.
Beer cans were found and 2 umbrellas where broken. It looked like a cheeto war was played in the house. Neighbor complained about the guests. During your stay you never mentioned seeing mice. No prior guests have encountered this issue. The home gets exterminated every 3 months.
