Bright and spacious house, within walking distance of Audierne, rated 3 stars, well exposed, located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the heights of Plouhinec. Come and see us and enjoy the magnificent view of the bay of Audierne. Close to beaches and amenities. Private parking and electric gate.

Land of 2500m2, not overlooked, quiet and relaxing. 700 m from the sea. Beach walk in less than 10 mins.

Beautiful sea view from the living room and kitchen as well as the terrace for your breakfasts or your evenings in front of a beautiful sunset. (awning, garden furniture, dining table, barbecue and deckchairs).

We have 4 rooms, 3 of which have a sea view: 1 bed of 160, 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90 for children + 1 cot.
And since it's the holidays, the beds will be made before you arrive.

We also have baby and young child equipment available (the bathtub and its deckchair, a potty, a toilet reducer and a high chair). Also, children's books and some board games to spend a pleasant time with the family.

We have a bathroom (double sink and walk-in shower) with a toilet upstairs and a second bathroom on the ground floor.
1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and a 2nd fridge for cold drinks.
Wifi, 2 TVs, coffee machines (filter and pod), kettle, teapot, family toaster, juicer, rice/steamer ...

Beautiful recent kitchen fitted out and equipped with all the necessary equipment to enjoy good seafood from the region!

And to get through the winter, a wood stove is in place!
Possibility weekend outside high season and school holidays. Reservation from Saturday to Saturday in July and August with 7 nights minimum.
