Studio for 2 situated at Héliopolis, entrance L, 4th floor with lift. Living room with 140cm bed. Kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, hoover... Bathroom and WC. Terrace with sea view and camping site. Parking n°94
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 1.15 euro per day, per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
