Welcome to the Andaine seagull!<br><br>Family cottage of 70 m² with garden for 4 people. In the heart of the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, located in a small coastal village 23 km from Granville and 11 km from Avranches. The first beach is 3 km away.<br>Departure for the walks to Mont Saint-Michel.<br>In the village: a supermarket, a bakery, a hairdresser and restaurants.<br><br>PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED<br><br>Below is a description of the <br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>CHILDCARE:<br>Possibility of borrowing childcare equipment (travel cot with extra mattress, changing table, bath, potty, booster seat, high chair, infant bouncer, 2nd age deckchair, 2 safety barriers). This equipment can be made available on request. Please let us know at the time of your booking.<br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:<br>The gîte is available from 4pm on the day of your booking and must be vacated by 10am at the latest on the day of your departure.<br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>COVID:<br>I have committed to the Covid-19 protocol for which I must plan for a time of cleaning, disinfection and ventilation between two rentals. Procedures that I respect for the health of all.<br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>ACCOMMODATION / GARDEN:<br>The house is spacious and has been recently renovated. You have a large shaded garden (600 m2) and a terrace for your meals (table, chairs, sun loungers, sunbeds, parasol available).<br>On the ground floor, you have a living room with fireplace and reading area, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, a landing with office space, two beautiful bedrooms, shower room (shower, no bath) and a separate toilet.<br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>HOUSEHOLD LINEN:<br>Beds are made on arrival. Towels and tea towels are not provided (possibility to rent on site).<br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>PARKING:<br>As the gîte is at the end of a cul-de-sac, parking (free) is a 2-minute walk away, but you can go up the cul-de-sac while you unload your belongings.<br>NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POSSIBLE.<br>------------------------------------------------------------------<br>OPTIONS:<br>Barbecue in summer: bring charcoal.<br>Fireplace in winter: possibility to buy wood.<br>----------------------------------------------------------------<br>NETWORK:<br>Wifi is available.
