Calm guaranteed! Located at the end of a path frequented only by a few walkers and mountain bikers, our family home has been beautifully renovated by an architect and is fully equipped. You will find all the comfort you need for a great holiday in the countryside, including table football.

On an unfenced plot of 10,000 m², with heated outdoor swimming pool (width 5.00 m / length 9.00 m / depth varying from 1.00 m to 1.70 m, secured by a shutter), trampoline and swing set.

Nearby: hiking or horseback riding, mountain biking, cultural visits (Palais idéal du facteur Cheval in Hauterives, medieval village of Saint Antoine l'Abbaye, Berlioz and the Cote Saint André, Marthe Robin's house in Chateauneuf, Tain l'Hermitage, its wines and chocolate...), discovery of a llama farm, adventure park in Romans, safari in Peaugres, etc...

We are 1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, and 40 minutes from Valence.

Ideal place for reunions with family or friends, but not for parties.

Location idéale pour un séjour en famille et entre amis. La maison, le jardin et la piscine ont fait l’unanimité. Damien avait répondu à toutes nos questions en amont et l’accueil par la famille s’est passé très simplement. Je recommande
