THIS UNIT COMES WITH ONE SET OF BEACH CHAIRS DURING THE SEASON(Mar 1-Oct 31)

This beautiful, recently updated, Gulf front rental is truly a coastal oasis sure to impress! This rental offers a well-appointed kitchen, open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking beach views, which makes it the perfect place to wind down after a day in the sun. The living room features tile floors with a brand new leather, reclining sofa and large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been renovated with new counter tops, backsplash, and large, updated Stainless Steel appliances. The bedroom offers woodlook flooring, a king size bed, flat screen tv, and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has also been renovated with new countertops and a large, amazing walk in shower! The private balcony has plenty of seating and privacy. The best part of all is the floor to ceiling glass windows that are in both the bedroom and the living room. There's no bad view in the whole unit!!

The resort offers a fitness room, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and grilling area for you to enjoy.

Only steps away via the direct beach access, you will find parasailing, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, shore fishing and much more. Less than one mile away, you will find some of the best family-friendly attractions in the area such as Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Pineapple Willie's. You can find the St. Andrews State Park five miles southeast, which can provide entertainment to every member of your family.

Everything was great. A couple of issues with the door code but we got those figured out. One of the elevators went out for a day but no issue since we were on second floor. Overall an excellent stay!

This Condo was absolutely beautiful with the best view on the beach. We loved the large balcony and the chairs. The condo was Furnished with very nice comfortable furniture. Kim thought of everything with this condo. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Kim for sharing you place with us.

My husband and I stayed here for our 39th Anniversary. We needed a nice, quaint place to recharge and celebrate us and your condo did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and had everything we wanted and expected. The bed was very comfortable. We like a soft but supportive mattress and it was all that. I’m giving 3 stars for cleanliness due to the refrigerator and freezer had not been wiped out for quite some time as there was debris and hair welcoming us when we opened it to place our groceries! There was a lot of construction going on but it didn’t really interfere with our stay. We would stay again.

Nice location

The place was exacly as pictured. It was very clean and accommodation were uodated. The direct access to the beach was perfect really enjoyed having more than one pool to use.

Loved the condo, especially being on the 2nd floor. Balcony was great but the patio doors were very hard to open. Condo was clean and very “ beachy”. Even the silverware had palm trees on them! Bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing! Liked being on Panama City Beach’s east end away from the congestion. Wonderful vacation!

Perfect getaway!!

This really is a great place to vacation! The convenience to cleanliness, all 5 stars!! Everything truly was thought of for guests staying here, down to a laundry basket and a small night light in the bathroom. Great views from every room!! Will definitely stay here again!
