This Beach Front Condo is on the 1st floor in Tower III, overlooking the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It has the best views of the shoreline while you enjoy drinking coffee on your balcony or having an evening drink watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the sounds of the ocean. This condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or for a family of 4.

This condo has been completely updated with new flooring, doors, furniture. We hope you will like it as much as we do.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, the new range has an air fryer built in the stove, granite countertops and all you need for cooking. While you're enjoying the beautiful views from the couch, it also turns into a sofa sleeper. There is an entertainment center with a flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. You can stream your favorite channels and use free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. You can enjoy a good night's rest on a new King size memory foam mattress after a long day at the beach in the master bedroom. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat. In-unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack those bags. We provide you with the necessities to get you started. Linens and towels are provided but Beach towels are not. We ask that you do not take towels to the pool or beach.

There must be an Adult age 25 yrs. or older staying in the condo at all times. No smoking or parties aloud. No Pet's Aloud these rules are fully Enforced.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resorts in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of amenities. The whole family would enjoy Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, or Gulf World. Take a tour on the Sea Screamer to see the dolphins. Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. At night there are lots of putt-putt, go-kart riding and arcade locations. Panama City Beach is made for making memories last a lifetime!
