Chalet agrĂ©able et conforme aux photos, avec des Ă©changes cordiaux avant l’arrivĂ©e.En revanche, plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ  endommagĂ©s ou trĂšs fragiles dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e (tiroir scotchĂ© ne tenant pas, poignĂ©es qui se dĂ©crochaient, rideaux difficiles Ă  manipuler, jeu d’arcade cassĂ© 
), avec de nombreuses recommandations par message le jour de notre arrivĂ©e ce qui crĂ©ait un climat de stress inutile malgrĂ© toutes nos prĂ©cautions.À notre dĂ©part, une retenue financiĂšre nous a Ă©tĂ© appliquĂ©e pour un Ă©quipement qui Ă©tait pourtant dĂ©jĂ  dĂ©fectueux, et nos tentatives de dialogue n’ont malheureusement pas abouti.Ce type de gestion est regrettable et mĂ©rite, selon nous, une vraie vigilance de la part des futurs voyageurs.

Un magnifique chalet dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le sublime chalet de Carole, parfaitement équipé, trÚs spacieux et chaleureux. Le village de Longefoy est le point de départ de nombreuses balades à travers les bois et la montagne, à 5 min en voiture de la station Montalbert La Plagne. Le cadre est fantastique. Carole s'est montrée trÚs disponible et nous a fourni de précieux conseils ou recommandations.
