The host for this property was excellent. Smooth communication and was honest about the construction happening near the property. It did not affect us. However, this is a well priced property for a reason. It offers great value for three bedrooms and a living room and small kitchen. Everything was well stocked. It is clean, but it is dark without outdoor access space. There is no table or kitchen area to sit and eat. This didn’t affect us as we were out all the time so it depends on what you need. It accommodated us with three bedrooms and two baths. AC worked well and was important as you could not get fresh air through the windows. Overall, this is a good economical option if you are out and about during your stay and don’t need a luxurious stay with views or outdoor amenities.

Parking was easy, check in/out was organized and easy, the accommodations were top notch, and the host was responsive and pleasant! The lodgings ARE in the flight path of San Diego airport, so you will see very low flying planes from several airlines, but we thought that was cool and sat on the patio in the evenings watching them roll in. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for proximity to SD activities and little Italy. Directly under the flight path, so expect noise, but ear plugs provided which helped! Pet friendly and for that reason especially, we would definitely book again. Responsive property manager. Be aware of stairs leading to entrance, which may not be accessible for all. Overall, great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in San Diego. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The owner gave us suggestions on where to eat, things to do and places to buy groceries. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in San Diego.
