Appartement très bien situé mais …

Excellente situation de l’appartement, à 50m de la mer et quelques centaines de mètres du centre. L’appartement possède un agréable balcon avec une belle vue mer. La literie est confortable. J’émettrais malgré tout quelques réserves: l’appartement aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf au niveau du mobilier et un grand ménage de fond serait indispensable.

Appartement très bien agencé

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. Bonne literie, tout était propre. Seul petit bémol le parking très très compliqué.

la conciergerie etait nulle, le lave vaisselle en panne et plein : j'ai du tout nettoyer en arrivant l'appartement est tres bien situé , bel immeuble , beau balcon mais beaucoup trop encombré d'objets personnels pour une location le grand lit (140) est trop petit pour un cuople

Situation parfaite par rapport à la plage et aux commerces. L'équipement est exceptionnel ( vaisselle, lave vaisselle;, lave linge, siège de plage etc. )
