About this property

Our lovely top floor, ocean view condo is steps to the beach and pool. Located in the ‘B’ building, you are only a short walk to the gorgeous beach and Hilton Head Island’s largest beachfront pool. The 3rd floor is accessed via stairs or elevator with ramp access into the building.

There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, adjacent shipmate bunk beds in the hall, and a full sized sofa bed. It is perfect for a couple but can accommodate a family of 3.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need including – stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, separate coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and all pots/pans/utensils.

The balcony has 4 chairs and 2 side tables, perfect for sitting with your morning coffee watching the sunrise or something a bit stronger in the evening as the sun sets.

Additional amenities include free Wifi and cable TV. There is a washer and dryer room located on the second floor of the B building.

The Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is a secured oceanfront community with many amenities including two pools, kiddie pool, 8 lighted tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts (more coming soon!), fitness center, 3 on-site restaurants, sno-cone shack, catch and release fishing pond, surf fishing, on-site bicycle rental, picnicking/grilling, playground, volleyball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. In the summer, there are weekly events/activities for kids and adults (The Dive-In Movie night is always a huge hit!).

The resort is located mid-island, which is close to all the attractions that Hilton Head has to offer, including many dining options, putt-putt, Harbor Town, dolphin tours, shopping in Shelter Cove, and fishing excursions.

We have a 2 night minimum stay. We will also give a discount for multiple week reservations and monthly rentals.

Very happy with our beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a great view of the ocean and was a very short convenient walk to the beach. We had stayed at another condo at this resort last year so we knew it was at a great location. The property owner, Julie, was very proactive in her communications and made our check-in easy. We appreciated having the beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs; that was a real nice touch to go along with the condo. The beach here is very nice, and the pool is outstanding. Overall would highly recommend this condo at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort!

Room was nice, view was nice, could use a little pain and extra cleaning

We really enjoyed our stay this week in HHI. The owner of our unit was responsive when messaged and very nice. The room was a bit small but expected. All items were supplied in kitchen as described. I really enjoyed having the beach cart and chairs for use. The only negative I will say is the entire unit could use a really good painting. And the vent coming out from the top of the wall around the fridge was very dirty and needed dusting as dust was thrown all over the ceiling and cabinet in that location. Overall, the unit wasn't bad and I would stay again. We really enjoyed our stay.

After living overseas for many years, we moved back to the US and finally settled on living in Hilton Head. We love the small-town feel of the town, the activities that the beach provides, and the laidback lifestyle of this beautiful little island.

We recently purchased this condo to use for ourselves, to have a place for visiting family, and to rent occasionally.
