Great Host

The villa was better than advertised - great location, clean, and comfortable - perfect for my wife & I. Easy access to the beach (which was beautiful), and the resort was convenient to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Thank you, Teresa for a wonderful stay!

Overall GREAT

This property was better than expected. Location was perfect. Close enough to all amenities, however still quiet and relaxing. Property host was very responsive. Will def be coming back.

Great stay

I took my two teenagers here for our spring break this week. The condo was very clean and Teresa was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the people were all very friendly. The beach is a short walk across a boardwalk. The condo was very close to island bike paths, and easy to access all other island locations by car. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The place was perfect for our small family of 4. Everything was clean, communication was perfect, and we couldn’t have had a better time. The pools were nice to go to on our way in from the beach, and it was easy access to the beach and parking this time of the year! My boys enjoyed the pull out couch with big TV, and the TV in the bedroom was nice to have as well. Bathroom had everything you could have wanted in a smaller condo. Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! Clean accommodations, quick walk to the beach and pool. Loved that their is a bar/restaurant right by the pool. Also enjoyed the main restaurant on the property. Great location.

HHI vacation

Love HHIBT … we have been going there for 20 years… close to beach… nice pools…love Gators pizza… Coconutz is very good also…will definitely come back another 20…hopefully!!!

Disappointed. Old and needs updating!

The unit was smaller than we thought. It is somewhat updated, but needed a good deep cleaning and paint job. Bed had plastic covers on mattress, which is fine, but we had to put on the pad and blanket. The shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. Dust was all over. Seems like cleaners only do the “necessary “ areas. Areas around stove and microwave had caked on dirt. Dust all over base boards and chair rails. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, had to go buy our own. The pool area only had lounge chairs, no tables with umbrellas and the entire area was run down. Walking to the beach was convenient, but there were so many ant’s EVERYWHERE, we couldn’t sit and enjoy ourselves with getting bit. The balcony overlooks the parking lot and cars. Definitely not what I expected or wanted. I doubt I will use VRBO again. Fees are way too high for what you get!

Perfect beach getaway for couples

We absolutely adored this property! The manager was super communicative and super helpful with both check in and check out process. The condo itself was super clean and just perfect size for the 2 of us. The kitchen has some dishes and cookware so we were able to cook in. The shower was amazing! The walk to the beach and pool was super close! Laundry is not in unit, but it is super short walk down the hallway! Overall a phenomenal stay and highly recommend!!!

A nice condo in a very large resort

Positives The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Very nice pool. Bluffton had some very good, affordable restaurants. The island, not so much. Savannah is awesome. The not so positives. None of which is a reflection on the condo itself, but rather for information purposes. The condo is listed as 2nd floor. It is 1st floor. The view off the deck is a parking lot, trees, and the Admirals Row condos. The beach is quite a hike from the condo. Think 2nd or 3rd row at other beaches. We would pack all our stuff in the car and drive to the parking area by the pool to access the beach. If you rent chairs and and umbrella be prepared. The beach patrol charges $44 per day. No sea shells, but lots or reeds. The island itself does a good job trying to look natural. All the stores and businesses are hidden behind trees (by design i'm sure) While this looks nice, finding things on the island is not that easy unless you're familiar with it. There is really nothing to do on the island unless you golf or play tennis/pickle ball. Just lots of gated communities. Speaking of pickle ball, be prepared to hear the sounds of the people playing while you're at the condo. Non stop all day. Firm coil bed and the pull out is designed for small children. The seal on the shower door leaks, so keep a towel in front of the shower. It was a nice get away but for us, we will stick with Florida.
