We had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the beach and shopping, which made everything really convenient. There was plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). We really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late in evening due to traffic, but were provided the wrong gate code. If another couple did not pull in we would’ve not been able to check into the room that night. Room wasn’t renovated to our expectations, there was some spots around fixtures where there was some mold and the floor and bathroom were dirty upon check in. The location was great and having the private beach area was fantastic. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Overall it was okay for the two of us, but would be hard for a family.

The condo was just as listed, it had everything me and my husband needed for our week at beach. We enjoyed the pool, and it was close to the elevator. It was a nice smaller complex. The owner was very responsive when I left something behind. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean, quiet and safe with gated access. The owner is very easy to communicate with and answered every question quickly. This room provided quick, easy access to Coligny Circle for transportation to the golf tournament, and is a great value for the price we were charged.

Lowes price? yes, but at the cost of what you get for it. I have been in 2 more condos in the same building, this is one is not at their level and I would say, as a customer and as someone that does interior remodeling for a living, that it is at a very low level for a rental.At arrival, the check in info was all wrong, I had to call VRBO to get the code for the gate and also for the wifi, the ones provided were the previous ones, which I came to know the next morning when finaly the host responded to my 4 text & 4 calls to his #.Cleanliness, the floor looked clean until you walk bare food, under the bed there are kleenex, the microwave with splashes of food, the bathroom was clean and there were clean towels. Inside the kitchen cabinets is also dirty and nothing is organized.The front door knob doesn't keep the door closed, and the lock is missing the locking plate, so the door never closes tight. Tthe door of a small closet is keeped closed with a zip tight, it can't be used. The box spring cover is ripped. One of the doors below the bunk is missing the opening knob and it hangs from the hinge, The bedroom door knob is loose, the exhaust fan doesn't work, the vanity drain cap is sitting on the vanity top, the shower water pressure is poor, the kitch sink cabinet is rotten, the sliding door doesn't lock, there is a crack in the ceiling above the fridge (that's dirty on top).There is only one beach chair and in poor condition, not beach umbrella.Not newly renovated.

Can't beat the location!

What a fantastic location! The condo was the perfect place for me to stay for vacation. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for making meals and enjoying them on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This was perfect for my two daughters (ages 6 & 8) and I. The walk to the beach is literally a couple minutes and so easy. Restaurants and shopping are all minutes away, you really can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Proximity to Beach and Coligny park.

Property was a dated, but sufficient for 2 adults. I would consider going again for a quick get away.
