Get away trip to the coast

The unit was as advertised. A good view of the beach and easy access. Did not know the RBC Heritage golf tournament was on when I booked so traffic on the island was heavy which made getting around more difficult. Other than that it is a good time of year to visit. I would recommend, but know what activities are going on.

Great location

Property was nice & easy to check in. Great location & view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the sliding screen door was not functioning (off track & non working) so it was a disappointment not to take advantage of the beautiful weather while in the condo. I did let our host know & was told it would be addressed. We still enjoyed the access to the beach .

The condo was just as we expected from the pictures and description. Very nicely done and furnished with very nice amenities. We had a couple of questions and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The resort and its amenities were very good. Would definitely recommend it for a couple.

Beautiful condo, perfect for two

Condo was exactly as pictures portrayed it to be, very clean and perfect for two. We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property, along with amenities on the resort. Only disappointment is that rates through resort are much lower than through VRBO. No reflection of owners property at all but resort is running very good promotions on condo rentals compared to going through VRBO and this was advertised throughout the resort.

Wonderful time

We loved the decor, the view, and amenities! We enjoyed every second of our time in your villa. We were blessed to have such a beautiful place to stay at HHI. We bet you already know, but just in case, the sliding glass door to the balcony will not lock. It looks like someone tried to fix it. We still felt safe because we couldn’t see anyway to really get on the balcony, especially on the 3rd floor. Thank you for helping make our vacation spectacular! John and Suzi Odom

Fun Time

The unit was very nice and had a nice feel. Balcony was nice with great sunrises and view of the beach. Disappointed that the large resort pool wasn’t heated as advertised. The a/c / heating unit was very noisy as the only negative. Diane was a great hoist and help.

Great location

Rental is good. All the essentials with a great view and the property has a wonderful pool with tiki bar. 4 stars because, while it was “clean,” I would suggest airing out or otherwise odorizing the unit. Shower curtain needs to be replaced right away (understandable wear and tear but should be replaced with something anti-microbial to avoid future issues and need for frequent replacement). Owner was very responsive when we had a question about parking. We love this resort and this is our second year in a row. Would absolutely recommend renting.

Close to beach

Enjoyed that this place was just a quick boardwalk hike to beach and there are views of the ocean. The space is tight. No natural light in bedroom and a low ceiling makes it feel closed in. The bathroom is super small, not enough places to hang towels and is "tired" looking (towel holder coming away from wall). We appreciated the compact but well-equipped kitchen. This is on 3rd floor and the elevator was out. We were fine with that but I suppose it could have been an issue for other folks.
