About this property

Oceanfront Resort, First Floor Condo

All the comforts of home! Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, our villa is beautifully decorated and located in the tennis villas, building B, on the FIRST floor over-looking a lagoon.

Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with hair dryers) and accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and the second bedroom has two FULL size beds with a TV as well. In addition to comfortable seating, the family room also has a NEW queen sleeper sofa. NEW flooring in both bedrooms, NEW 55 inch Smart TV in living room, NEW HVAC. All sheets and towels are supplied so just bring your beach towels! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We even have a crock pot so you can cook while sun bathing on the beach! And FREE Wifi for those of us who need to stay connected. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and a beach cart for your convenience. Inquire about our SNOWBIRD SPECIALS!!

This beachfront resort has many amenities to offer including an ocean front Olympic-size swimming pool with a kiddie pool. For those who are sports oriented, complimentary tennis, pickleball, basketball and fitness center are included in your stay. And if you are bringing little ones, the playground, is a great place to entertain them. The onsite bike rental is very convenient for those of us who prefer bike trails to traffic. Onsite restaurants include, Jamaica Joe’s Beach Bar, Gator’s Pizza and Coconutz Sports Bar. This resort has everything you need right on site for a wonderful family vacation.

Our family enjoyed our week long stay. It was perfect for our family of four. A short walk to the pool and beach was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and having beach chairs provided was great. We would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome vacation getaway

Property is very well kept with many amenities available. Great beach access and also a deck overlooking water with an alligator which was very entertaining to watch while having morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Great end of Summer vacation

We had a great time, the property was a great location with a good bit of parking. It was a short trip to walk to the beach. Not overly crowded great staff on site.

This was a great location-love the various eating options on the property. Great not to have to load kids and drive to eat. This unit was great- a little bit of a walk to beach but not too bad. We will be back!

Exactly what was listed, beautiful and easy location. Fantastic value! Kitchen was well equipped.

We biked at the forest preserve in harbor town, travelled to Beaufort for a day and had a wonderful walking guided tour, spent time on the beach and played pickleball with very friendly residents. Checking in was a little tricky, some sort of miscommunication but Marc was incredibly quick to respond. We would definitely rent this again. GREAT TIME!

Easy beach access

Nicely laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It is very close to the beach and there are lots of things to borrow to make your trip to the beach easier and more enjoyable. We drove to Savannah twice and it was an easy drive. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would definitely stay again if we go back.

Mother's Day Weekend Get-Away

The property looked exactly as advertised. Our condo was perfect. It was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a stay away from home. Our host was easy to contact and provided us with all the details required to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect. The grounds were very well kept. Our condo was in the rear and faced a pond where we woke up each morning to the alligators. The setting was so peaceful and serene. My group was 2 couples and either of us would definitely recommend. We would also stay again.

Beach trip

We found the villa to be as described It was clean, spacious enough for our party of 4 adults, and a close walk to the beach. Groceries were a short drive away and convenient. We only wish there a few more small amenities, like hand soap in the bathrooms and some coffee and creamer to get us started. The beach equipment was in good shape and very useful. The owner was responsive. Check-in and out was very easy.

First trip to HHI

The condo was exactly as described but had more room than expected from the pictures and very clean. Our group consisted of adults and one teenager. The staff were always courteous and friendly. Marc was excellent in responding quickly to any questions I had and was very helpful in communicating with the cleaners when we arrived earlier than expected and was able to get us into the condo at an earlier time. There were plenty of starter items in the condo that were helpful. The check in process was super easy and hassle free. This was our first vacation ever in Hilton Head and we have already recommended this condo to some of our friends. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Condo!

I booked four units in the same complex for my extended family and this unit was the one that was best equipped. The kitchen allowed us to cook in every night very comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean with cheerful decor. The owner was responsive and helpful, too. It was nice looking out the back balcony at the lagoon. So much better than units that look out onto a parking lot. You will not be sorry to book this unit. It’s a great complex with lots of activities for all ages, a huge pool and easy access to the beach.
