2BR/2BA Oceanview & Poolside Condo - Admiral's Row-Hilton Head Beach & Tennis

Welcome to the Low Country and to beautiful Hilton Head Island, truly a little piece of paradise. We have smart tv's in the den (65"), master bedroom (43") and guest bedroom (43"). In the guest bedroom there is bunk bed that is twin on top and full on the bottom. The mattresses and comforters on all beds are kept updated.

When you consider our condo please take a look at all the amenities we provide. Unless there is a special item you want there is no need to purchase any items for the beach except beach toys. We provide everything you will need! We do not provide beach towels.


The furniture in our condo is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. . Each bath has a steel tub with a shower and tile. There are also grab bars for your safety. The toilets are high-rise.

In the kitchen there are beautiful granite countertops as well as a stainless steel sink and faucet. In the den there is a queen size sleeper sofa, a recliner and a rocking chair. The dining room table has six chairs.

The central air conditioning and heating unit are efficient. There are sun blocking curtains on the two sliding glass doors to help keep the condo comfortable.

The kitchen appliances are stainless steel . For those who only want to make one cup of coffee or tea we added a Keurig coffeemaker; however, we still have a coffeemaker that will make a pot of coffee or tea.

The balcony has beautiful wood flooring and two high-top tables with two chairs each. The tables sit up high enough for you to see the beautiful view over the balcony railing.

Our beautiful fully-equipped villa #431 is located on the southside of Admiral's Row and offers breathtaking unobstructed panoramic ocean views from the balcony, living room and dining room. We are only steps from the elevator and laundry as well as being located directly above the pool. Although we are close to these conveniences, it is quiet. For you, our guest, we provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, a beach wagon and beach tent. This keeps you from having to pack so many items as you travel and allows you to spend your money on food and activities. And for those who cannot leave work at home, we also have WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.

As an added bonus, Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort hosts the 2nd largest convention center in South Caroline which features many famous musical artists, comedians and other events throughout the year. To see a list of upcoming events visit the shoreline ballroom web site.

Also,the resort offers 24-hour security with around the clock ground patrolling and pass checking at the gate. Other resort offerings include ten lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, the largest oceanfront pool on the island, Boardwalk Bar and Grill, Admiral's
Row's private outdoor pool, onsite restaurants as well as bike rentals. Within close proximity to the resort are championship golf courses, boutiques and outlet shopping, also nature and wildlife excursions. Some of the Low Country's best dining is only minutes away or, if you prefer, you can buy fresh local seafood and prepare your own delicacies in our fully-equipped kitchen.
