A spacious house housing a comfortable holiday cottage, located in a quiet village nestled in the heart of the countryside, bordering fields and forests, and close to numerous ponds and rivers teeming with fish for fishing. The cottage offers excellent comfort and is exceptionally spacious. It features a very large and bright living area with a pool table. It boasts a warm, contemporary country style. There is a large, sheltered, open terrace and a pleasant, well-maintained garden (partially sloping). Composition: A detached house on two levels (ground floor + first floor). Wi-Fi. Oil-fired central heating. Ground floor: open-plan living room/kitchen/lounge (a large open space with clearly defined kitchen and living/dining areas / kitchen with pantry / pool table available in the lounge area). Two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed 160x20cm - one with a double bed 140x190cm / one with a TV), shower room, separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm), mezzanine living room with access to a balcony. Garden + two terraces (one covered). Private parking (garages not accessible). High chair and cot available. Shops & services 6 km away. Public natural swimming area at La Chapelle Saint Sauveur, 12 km away.
