un lieu magnifique

15 jours avant, appel de la propriétaire indiquant que ça l'arrangerait si nous arrivions le mardi à la place du mercredi car elle travaille... impossible pour nous, nous aussi. Nous sommes venus sur la période du 06/06, nécessité d'un macaron pour circuler. La mairie m'indique que c'est aux proprio de faire le nécessaire. Message transmis à la propriétaire... de nouveau impossible pour eux. La personne de la mairie a été extrêmement gentille et au vu des copies d 'échanges avec la propriétaire à fait une exception et nous avons pu le récupérer le jour de notre arrivée (ce qui aurait donc pu être le cas des propriétaires lors de notre accueil, vu que la mairie est à 300 m)... L accueil a été fait par Mr, très souriant et bienveillant, un peu avant l'heure prévue, comme nous avions du nous caler sur les horaires de la mairie, ce qui nous a fait oublié les précédentséchanges. Le logement est magnifique et extrêmement bien situé. un face mer merveilleux pour le petit déjeuner et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! à proximité, boulangerie, presse, petit magasin... Concernant le ménage, tarif de 50 euros obligatoire, un peu excessif, cela correspond à 2h de ménage par un prestataire, à notre arrivée il y avait pourtant pas mal de sable au sol et de la nourriture dans le frigo et le congélateur.. un aspirateur serait un vrai + la boite a clé est parfaite, un départ sans pression d'heure, cependant c'est dommage d'avoir dû réclamer la photo du chèque de caution déchiré 2 fois

Week-end au top!

Appartement très bien situé, Agréable et décoré avec goût. La vue sur mer est vraiment sympathique. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable avec 2 enfants. Nous reviendrons certainement! 👍👍👍

Charmant Duplex avec vue imprenable

Très bien

Appartement très agréable, décoré avec attention, fonctionnel et très propre. La vue sur mer et la proximité de la mer sont de beaux atouts. Hôtes agréables et accueillants, explications utiles à l'arrivée. Luc-sur-mer est une station balnéaire avec du charme, l'aménagement moderne du front de mer se marie bien avec le charme de l'ancien. Nous recommandons ! PS. N'oubliez pas d'aller voir la baleine et les paons !

Très bien situé, l appartement offre toutes les commodités

L appartement situé sur le front de mer permet d apprécier celle-ci au réveil. L appartement est très bien équipé, clair et bien agencé. Seuls bémols : je n ai jamais trouvé la poubelle pour le verre (mais j ai sans doute mal cherché), on peut assez facilement se garer tout près sauf aux :heures de pointe".

Idéalement situé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle. L’appartement est très bien situé, plage et commerce à proximité, et la vue sur mer de toutes les fenêtres est particulièrement agréable. Très bon séjour !
