Welcome to Big Sky 3 in Sunriver!


This 6 Bedroom 5 ½ bath reverse living vacation property is located on the North end of Sunriver across from the Benham Falls family-friendly route/paved trail access. This stunning 3500 square foot home will soon become your vacation favorite. This home has plenty of room for all your guests, sleeping 16.



This stunning home is a light and bright lodge style with Air Conditioning, unique angles, ceiling-to-floor windows, and an open, airy feel.


The main entryway leads you to the upper level of the home. You will fall in love with the view as you walk through the beautiful living room area. Equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous stone gas fireplace. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a great movie together. The beautiful well-appointed modern kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and tongue and groove ceilings. The large dining area table is perfect for those large family dinners. The main level also has access to the upper patio, which has two large patio furniture sets. These are perfect for those evening BBQs.


There is a King master bedroom on the main level. This suite is equipped with log furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a private fireplace. The large bathroom has dual sinks, a large soaker-style jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower.


Downstairs to the middle level there is a grand media room, a perfect hangout for the younger ones to have a place to call their own. A large arc-shaped sectional facing the large flat-screen TV, and a warm gas fireplace are ideal for playing video games. This room has a wet bar area with a sink, microwave, and a mini refrigerator. This room also has access to the large hot tub for all family members to enjoy.


The bedroom on the middle floor is equipped with a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a dual vanity and a tub shower combination.


The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. Here, you will find the laundry room with 2 washer and dryer sets to use during your stay. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed. This room has a TV and a jack’n’jill bathroom that leads into bedroom #4 which has two twin bunk beds and a TV. Bedroom #5 is a queen master suite with a TV. There is a lovely Walkin shower for your privacy. Bedroom #6 has a large king size bed, TV and a spacious bathroom with a Walkin shower.


Big Sky #3 is dog friendly and will gladly welcome 2 dogs.


There are 12 adult bikes, 2 smaller size bikes and a burly trailer for you and your family to enjoy the vast paved bike paths in Sunriver. Also in the double car garage is a ping pong table.


This home comes with 14 SHARC passes giving you free access to the SHARC water park, tennis, pickle ball, disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina.


There is plenty of onsite parking, fitting up to 5 vehicles.

The house was very clean. There were plenty of kitchen dishes & utensils. The fry pans were not in good shape & needed to be replaced. Plenty of room for our entire bachelorette party to feel comfortable. Loved the layout. Would definitely rent again!

Large house in good area

This is a beautiful house with lots of room. It is a spot with very little in terms of supplies, I’d suggest bringing your own coffee and first aid kit. The host is very quick to reply to any questions or issues.

Amazing cabin in Sunriver

Came with a group of friends to go skiing at Bachelor for the weekend and we're extremely satisfied with our stay here. The place is massive and very comfortably slept our big group. Lots of places to hang out and the hot tub was great after a cold day on the mountain. A bit of a windy drive to get out of the neighborhood, especially during a snow storm but nothing we couldn't manage. Would definitely come back.

Plus it's near the North store, which is never too crowded and always has what we need. The house itself had a nice deck to enjoy and room for us to spread out. The only thing I'd bring awareness to is the number of stairs (which makes sense b/c it's a large house) and if you have anyone in your group with knee or mobility challenges you might want them to stay upstairs. But that's nothing against the house, just awareness so your older family members can plan ahead. We would stay here again.

This is our family’s second stay in this home, which accommodates 16 of us ranging from ages 1 to 88! The floor plan is ideal for a large family gathering, and the two dishwashers and two refrigerators are such a great convenience for a gathering of this size! We also like the quiet north end location, and the large kitchen and family room area. We’re already booked again for next year!

Our Sunriver vacation.

The property worked out really well for our group size. Part of the group used the bikes to get around in Sunriver, and our ability to set up the kids in the TV room while the adults could socialize separately was great. Enjoyed the back deck for dinner under blue skies as well. Enjoyed the access to the SHARC pool, including the 3 yr old twins.

Beautiful Home - great layout for large group

This house was a really great size for our extended family. There were 14 of us, and plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. We were so happy that we were able to bring our dog. Fantastic weekend.

Lovely stay, may do it again!

This dog friendly home suited our needs to near perfection! My extended family and our four dogs had a very merry Holiday stay, with a white Christmas as a cherry on top. A few door handles and hinges on the lower floor could use some inspection and adjustment. I would recommend some spare batteries be left for the kitchen trash lid for future guests. For our visit, we were to happy to buy some batteries and leave spares in the garage as a thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

The kitchen was well stocked and we easily handled 11 people for the week. The only huge issue was the shockingly bad internet. It did not allow for any video calling and interfered with any type of work related activities. This is a challenge in today's world. If the internet was fixed/upgraded, I would definitely stay again.
