3 Bed 2 Bath Westside Minutes to I40 Driveway Parking King Sleep Number Bed

The house has easy freeway access with a full kitchen, laundry room, and 2 driveway parking spaces. There are a total of 7 beds including one king Sleep Number and one queen Beautyrest. There is a tub for bathing small children in the hallway bathroom. The master bathroom features a large, relaxing jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a handheld shower-head. You are welcome to bring your pet. We host lots of dogs and cats.

Late checkin is OKAY! I accept bookings until midnight. The lockbox code (to retrieve the key) will be sent at check-in time on the day of your arrival.

Bedrooms
Three separate bedrooms are available. The master bedroom has 2 beds (1 KING Sleep Number and 1 double). The second room has a Queen Beautyrest Silver. The third room has 4 twin bunk beds. There is a futon that could sleep 2. Two people could sleep on the living room couches, for a total of 14 people.

Kitchen
The kitchen is large with ample counter space and equipped with pots, pans, glasses, dishes, and silverware. The stove is gas and there is a dishwasher. The dining table seats 6.

Reusable cloth napkins, dish rags and towels are provided. Please plan to bring paper products (paper towels, disposable plates/cups) if you desire them.

The coffee bar features a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. Coffee and tea is provided.

Bathrooms
The master bathroom features a large corner jetted tub that easily fits two people. The master shower is a single stand up stall with a handheld shower-head. There are 2 sinks.

The second bath is between the second and third bedrooms. It has a tub with a shower. The shower features beautiful natural travertine and slate.

Bathroom essentials are provided so you can travel light and avoid liquid restrictions for carry-on bags. Essentials include toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, soap, and toothpaste.

Overall

We enjoyed our stay. Neighboorhood was quiet. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. Since there was no air conditioning, a few fans would have been nice.

The house has air conditioning but we shut it down for the season a week too early. It's hard to tell when that should be done. If weather were cold, not winterizing would make it hard to keep the house warm. Usually weather is cold by this time of year. Not sure why she mentions but having fans though. There are ceiling fans in every room plus windows can be opened and it was cool outside at night so it shouldn't have been difficult to keep the house warm.
