Ideally located 500 metres from the port and the sea, Port Leucate is at the crossroads of many destinations (Narbonne - Port Barcarès - Collioure - Spain) and activities (Aqualand - tree-top adventure course - casino - cinema - kitesurfing/windsurfing spots - boating - jet skiing - etc...) The villa features a pétanque court, bowling set, table tennis table, board games, cards, etc.

The house is fully equipped; in the outdoor kitchen, you’ll have access to an additional refrigerator, as well as a barbecue and griddle.
The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable.
The villa has two separate bathrooms.
In addition to the 10 sleeping accommodation, there is also a cot, a high chair, and a changing table.

>Cleaning of dishes and the barbecue is not included in the cleaning fee. For this reason, we strongly recommend not washing the wine tasting glasses in the dishwasher to ensure they remain in pristine condition
>Upon departure, all furniture and tableware must be returned to their original locations. (Documents are available to help you with this)

The parking area is private and secure, accommodating 4 cars and/or caravans (for boats, jet skis, etc.)
The pool is heated from September 15 to October 30 and from April 15 to June 15, or upon specific request
