Down the hallway, we offer 2 guest bedrooms one offering 2 single beds, one offering a bunk bed with a full /twin + another twin, and a hall guest bathroom with a tub. When you get to the 2nd floor you walk into an open living room dining area with an excellent view of the bay & wetlands area. Walk out onto the bayside deck. Also on the 2nd floor is a fully equipped kitchen area, a powder room, and an ensuite offering a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Moving up to the top floor you will have a loft area overlooking the living space and peak of the bay, This area offers a computer desk, a sitting area for some private space, and a small deck to get sun or just chill .. The master bedroom shares that balance of this level featuring a king-size bed and a private bath with a shower and large soaking tub. In addition to all of these features the property will allow you access to the bay with the 2 boat slips provided for your use.
