Our property is located in the southern part of the Ardèche, near Les VANS, in the town of BANNE, allowing many activities (hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, visits to villages and sites of character, cultural events, etc.). Very close to shops, it benefits from an invigorating and relaxing environment facing the forest.
Located in a stone farmhouse, facing south in a very beautiful, quiet and fenced setting.
Shops 10 minutes away, Ardèche gorges and its activities 10 km away.
Apartment in total independence with direct and private access.
It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area and a small dining room. The bedroom with a bed for 2 people gives access to the shower room.
Presence of a small lounge and a grill/plancha barbecue on the outdoor terrace.
You can walk to the fenced salt water swimming pool (10 x 5 m), the petanque court, nearby.

Un très bel endroit au calme. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé. Claude et Philippe font tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
