A fabulous week in a lovely home in a stunning area

The property is in a quiet location with other houses which are well set apart. The house is modern, plenty of space with an open plan ground floor. It has all appliances you need and is well furnished, including with TV/ smart functions and sound bar. The pool and gardens are fabulous - amazing bird life and a lovely walk to the nearby river right from the garden. We traveled with our two adult children and all had an enjoyable time. We would certainly return.

Conforme à nos attentes

Récente et belle maison avec piscine, proche plages du Pouldu. A moins de 25 minutes en voiture de Lorient, de Pont Aven, de Quimperlé... Calme et bien équipée, bon couchages, sanitaires modernes. Bon équipement loisirs (jeux enfants, télé, chaîne HiFi).

Modernes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Objekt ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Einzig das WLAN fehlt (was auch so angekündigt war). Großes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Der Strand ist in 20 Minuten fussläufig. The property is modern and well equipped. Only the WLAN is missing (which was announced as such). Large property in a quiet location. The beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

Splendide villa avec piscine chauffée et couverte dans le quartier du pouldu. Prestations de qualité, tout confort, ne manque que l'Internet. Grand terrain, à proximité du GR34, à environ 1 km de la plage. Idéal pour un séjour au calme en famille.

Très belle maison a recommander

Quelle chance d’avoir cette piscine chauffée ! Un régal ! La maison est en tous points conforme à sa description. La procédure d’arrivée et de départ est très facile grâce à Lauriane. Il ne manque que le wifi car la réception est limitée à la seule 3G.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist neu, ruhig gelegen, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und der Garten riesig. Es gibt kein Wifi (WLAN), was aber wohl diesen Winter kommen soll. Hinsichtlich der Einrichtung ist alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern (keine Espressotassen), Austernmesser, Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine (Senseo und Filterkaffee), Essig&Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Basilikum u Kräuter der Provence. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wäscheständer mit Klammern, Staubsauger, Wischmop, Putzmittel und Spülmaschine. Die Garage ist nicht nutzbar aber vor dem Haus ist ausreichend Platz für 2 Autos. Im Poolbereich gibt es 8 Sonnenliegen, einen großen Sonnenschirm und einen großen Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, die jedoch über keine Sitzauflagen verfügen, was sie etwas unkonfortabel macht. Einen kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste gibt es 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso Bäckerei und Restaurants. Einen großen Supermarkt gibt es 10 Autominuten entfernt.
