My family and I just returned from a wonderful weekend here. Debbie is the kindest and most generous hostess we have stayed with. The location was perfect, the view breathtaking and the cottage cozy, clean and felt like home away from home. We plan to return every year as long as we are able.

What a terrific stay, with amazing hosts - Debbie baked us a coffee cake! And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Beautiful views of the lake, full fridge, peace and quiet. You simply cannot ask for more. Thank you Debbie and Mark!

An absolutely magical stay! The cottage had everything that we could ever need, and the location is perfect for exploring Vermont. We loved spending the afternoon and evenings on the lake and having morning coffee on the patio. Debbie and Mark are wonderful hosts who offered us so many helpful tips on the area. We hope to make this an annual trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the lake, very quiet and peaceful. Debbie and Mark were amazing hosts. They provided excellent communication. The refrigerator was stocked with food when we arrived so we were able to make breakfast a few days as well as have delicious snacks during our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

D and M (initials only bc apparently I’m not allowed to use their names) are the best hosts! The cottage is always stocked with food when we arrive so that we don’t have to worry about getting to a store right away. D has excellent communication and is always making great recommendations to maximize our time and fun while staying on their property. The cottage is always clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. I look forward to this trip every year and will never stay anywhere else when we’re in the area. Their property is beautiful and they are so very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much, D and M!

Fabulous place. Very calm and quiet, right on the shores of Lake Champlain. Very comfortable and spacious indoors with excellent outdoor amenities. We have stayed at numerous vacation homes over many years. Debbie is, by far, the most gracious, engaging, and delightful host we have ever had…so welcoming. A wonderful place to stay—we would love to return!

We had a great time at Debbie's guest house. It's right by the lake Champlain. We loved watching the sunset from the garden swingset. Would love to visit again

Perfect spot for relaxing, taking in the beauty and magic of Vermont, Lake Champlain and endless green farmlands. We enjoyed all in spite of fog, rain and spotty sun! Would love to enjoy the perfect layout, comfort and prestine condition of the lodging! Simply marvelous...Thank you!
