LA TRANCHE SUR MER, city center, bright apartment in a small building, located very close to the central beach and close to all shops. the apartment on the 1st floor with its entrance serving 1 living room with kitchenette opening onto a balcony, 1 bedroom with light separation, 2 bunk beds 140 + 0.80. 1 sofa that can be opened in the living room. 1 shower room, 1 toilet. 1 parking space n°9 in the basement, height 1.90m. width 2.40 m, length 5.10m.
including: vitro hob, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, combi oven, television, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. sheets and household linen not provided, paid option upon reservation.
Location: approximately 150m from the beach and shops.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

Satisfaction

Nous avons passés de très bon séjour, le centre ville et la plage à proximité, ville très agréable beaucoup de restaurant à deux pas de l’appartement. Nous en sommes très content. Côté négatif : Accès parking très difficile la rue est très étroite et beaucoup de circulation, de voiture et de piétons, il faut rester calme pour manœuvrer la voiture pour descendre dans le parking. La salle de bain est un peu petite pour une famille de 5 personnes, nous avons rencontré deux problèmes lors de notre séjour, une coupure d’électricité et d’eau chaude pendant deux jours. Mais si non dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits et le prix de séjour est très convenable pour deux semaines. Je conseille pour les futurs vacanciers.
