Welcome to Alpine River Lodge - Unit B, a comfortable mountain retreat with room to spread out and an ideal location just minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs. Well-suited for families, couples traveling together, or small groups, Unit B offers a practical layout, inviting living spaces, and easy access to the area’s best outdoor experiences.

The Space:

- The home features a functional entry with space for coats and gear, along with in-unit laundry for added convenience. The main living area offers comfortable seating, a large TV with streaming, and a relaxed place to unwind after a day of adventure.


Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for privacy:

- A downstairs primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom

- An upstairs primary bedroom with a private bathroom and mountain views

- A third upstairs bedroom with a full-size bed and nearby half bath

- The dining area is bright and spacious, with large windows and a generous table for meals and gatherings. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, and drip coffee makers - everything you need for easy, comfortable meals.

Located minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs, you’ll have quick access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the area’s famous natural hot springs. Outdoor recreation is close by, including hiking, fly fishing, river activities, and skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Resort, known for its exceptional snowfall.

At this time, we do not provide shampoo or body wash. We recommend bringing these items along to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pet Policy:
We happily welcome one well-behaved dog to join you on your stay! Cats are not permitted. A non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged, just include your pup in the guest count when booking, and the fee will be added automatically. Please note: pets are not allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card used for your reservation.

Pagosa vacation stay

Lovely stop to be a home base for exploring . It is only a few feet from the highway and because there is NO Ác you have to sleep with the windows open so constantly hearing the highway noise. Contacted owners a few times for some supply issues and he was very good about getting back to me with any issues we had. Layout of the house was perfect for our adult needs. Beds super comfy. The walking in the neighborhood was spectacular. We will keep this location on our list for future stays.

Convenient location nice layout

Nice location for skiing at Wolf Creek or spending time in Pagosa Springs. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi was sketchy but perhaps to be expected in that area. Decor was a little outdated and worn. We went with friends and the 2 units connect so that was nice.

The San Juan River is just down the road, the hiking and fishing are unbeatable, and the peaceful mountain setting feels like a true escape. Plus, it's just a short drive into town for restaurants, hot springs, and local charm. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and enjoy every moment.
