Simple mais tellement agréable d avoir la plage de l autre côté de la rue .
Appartement très agréable décoré avec goût deux terrasses dont l’une donnant sur le port avec une superbe vue. A proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage. Idéal
L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et très propre. La double exposition est très agréable, vue sur les bateaux. Pour les courses, prendre la voiture, mais plage accessible en 2mn.
Un bémol, l'immeuble est assez mal insonorisé.
L'agence sur place est professionnelle, mais très mauvaise communication avec le service téléphonique ABRITEL.
