Bright living room overlooking the terrace with double bed recessed An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave), One bedroom with a bunk bed + a drawer bed (3 beds). Bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. furnished and equipped for 4/5 people. 400m from the beach, shops and nautical activities.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
