Composed of a living room with magnificent sea view, sofa bed in 140cm, Tv and wifi, Fan, equipped open kitchen (Oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), bedroom 1 with a double bed in 140cm, bedroom 2 with a double bed in 140cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Large corner terrace of 21m² with storre electric banne, Secure residence, 1st floor. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. Possibility of renting a garage in the basement nearby for an extra charge.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce magnifique appartement ou l'entrée de la résidence se fait par la plage !Le logement est trés bien équipé, bien entretenu, le séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé.Les commerces sont à quelques pas, la mer en face, nous reviendrons ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé (plage et centre ville). Il est également fonctionnel et très bien équipé. En revanche, nous avons trouvé dommage que l’appartement soit sale à notre arrivée, notamment les sols (sable, traces …). Attention, l’accès à l’immeuble se fait par la plage, ce qui ne facilite pas l’arrivée (poussette, bagages, courses …).

L appartement est très bien situé. Système de remise des clés tardive parfaite. La cuisine est bien équipée. La literie était correcte mais l un des matelas commence à faire cuvette. Il manque des rangements type commode ou armoire. Sinon impeccable.
