Welcome to your next Oregon oceanfront getaway at Orca Manor! This beautiful home welcomes you through the front door with an open layout overlooking the Pacific. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with all new appliances and a long bar with plenty of stools to lounge in. Step out onto the deck and you'll be greeted with an ocean breeze; you can stay awhile in our Adirondack chairs. If you're feeling like you need to warm up, start a fire in one of the two indoor fireplaces, cozy up next to the fire pit, or change into your suit and enjoy the outdoor hot tub! If you're looking for privacy, sneak away to the top floor master suite and enjoy the view from the 3rd story. Want to visit the beach? You're 30 seconds from the door to the sand on a  path just North of the property. Overall, this home has something for everyone in your group. The wide windows maximize the gorgeous view, and the access to the beach couldn't be easier. 
Here are the highlights: It's oceanfront with beach access right down to the sand. To get to the beach, walk down the driveway. You will notice a wooden gate just a few steps down the road and to your left. That is the gate to a shared pathway to the beach. There's a hot tub, 2 indoor wood-burning fireplaces, 2 roomy and private king bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an attached garage playroom with tons of games, BRAND NEW SAUNA! and a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. 
The sleeping arrangements are comfy and intentional. Orca Manor sleeps 8 between 3 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms. Here's the breakdown:
1 Oceanfront King with private  bathroom, top floor
1 Oceanfront King with shared  bathroom, 1st floor, bottom floor
1 bedroom with 2 Queens and 1 Twin top bunk and shared bathroom, main floor
1 Queen Murphy bed in the bottom floor living room with shared bath

* We allow Sunday arrivals after 5 p.m.
*Monday-Saturday arrivals are at 3:30 p.m. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m.

Notes:
- Absolutely no gatherings, parties, or weddings. Events, such as elopements, rehearsal dinners, and other activities that exceed maximum occupancy are prohibited.
- Use of the sauna costs extra. Please inquire if you would like to utilize the sauna during your stay.
- Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at ANY time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly.
- When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that OPI could retrieve if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Let us know if you have further questions.
- We use a third-party software called Lodgify. Payment requests will come from Lodgify even if you booked through another platform.
