Davis Camp is 4 minutes away where you can launch jet skis and boats.

Perfect for groups or large families. Plenty of seating for everyone to sit at one of our many tables to eat after a day on the lake. Relax and grill some steaks on our propane BBQ. There is a 3 car garage to park your cars . PLENTY of Boat, jet ski and dirt toy parking in front of house.. Sam's club and Chili's are 4 minutes away.

2 Large master bedrooms! First master has comfortable king bed with lots of pillows. . Master has private en-suite bathroom with huge walk in closet and a large walk in shower. Master also has a retreat with triple bunk beds. (sleeps 3 )

Second master bedroom has a queen bunk bed(sleeps 4) with a twin bunk on top and a pull out twin trundle underneath the Queen.
This 2nd master also has a triple bunk bed (sleeps 3 more) 2nd master bathroom is attached with wheelchair accessible shower and toilet and jetted jacuzzi tub! Dual vanities enhance this large bathroom. Guest bedroom at the other end of house has another queen bunk bed with twin bunk on top and twin pull out trundle underneath(sleeps 4.) Huge laundry room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress (for Uncle Bob who snores!)

Dining room has large dining room table that seats 10 plus kitchen bar seating for 4 and pub table behind couch that seats 4. Seating for 16 inside! Fully stocked kitchen with almost everything you need to cook for a large group. This home can comfortably accommodate three families with kids. Home has 12 cup coffee maker AND Keurig. The kids will love the out door Arizona room with air conditioning! Arizona room 1 is equipped with a 60 inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and a PlayStation 3 with board games! 2nd Arizona room(indoor patio has another patio table with seating for 6.)

Enjoy a day on the lake or river and then come home, bar-b-que and enjoy the large roomy home with 2 air conditioners! Backyard has BBQ and a patio table that seats 6. Family room has a 75 inch Smart TV and Master #2 has a 52 inch Smartv. Plenty of room to spread out. Great nearby restaurants and Casinos are a short car ride away. PET FRIENDLY. We allow up to 2 dogs for $100.00 fee per stay not night. Please no parties or events. Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. We check ID.
