Recently renovated, the apartment of 60 square meters. Fleming is located in the district in an elegant building just steps from the Milvian Bridge, the center of the "movida", the Auditorium, The Vatican and S. Peter.
The apartment has an entrance hall, living room (sofa bed), kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Comfortable stay

I’ve been there for a couple of weeks while on a business trip and found it very comfortable and cosy. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary appliances and spacious. Probably not the best option if you plan to move around using public means since the area is not well connected to the city centre.

Favoloso!

Favoloso appartamento appena ristrutturato in un mix di stili, moderno ed antico, veramente piacevole. Silenzioso sia perché non affaccia direttamente su una strada trafficata, bensì su un cortile interno, sia per la presenza di infissi nuovi ed insonorizzati. Gli ambienti si presentano tutti nuovi sia negli arredi che nei servizi e negli accessori e comunque pulitissimi. La zona in cui è ubicato, oltre ad essere una zona "in" di Roma, è piena di attività commerciali utili (farmacia, banche, supermercati, pizzerie, ristoranti, bar, ecc.) e comunque abbastanza vicina al Vaticano ed al centro storico. La proprietaria, Maria Sofia, è stata veramente molto gentile e disponibile sia dai primi contatti via e-mail che poi di persona essendo disponibile ad accoglierci anche di sera, a concederci l'uso di un parcheggio di sua proprietà che si è rivelato molto utile in quella zona, avendo curato ogni minimo particolare per rendere la permanenza serena e piacevole fin dal primo minuto ed essendo prontamente disponibile per qualsiasi problema in quanto abita nello stesso stabile. Da tornarci sicuramente e consigliatissimo a tutti. Eccellente!!!!
