Only a 5-minute bike ride along the cycle path.
5 km from Cabourg.

Its stunning flowering garden and two large south-facing terraces will bring you peace and relaxation.
The well-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue will allow you to indulge your taste buds.

This lovely family house with 4 bedrooms is spread over two floors:
On the ground floor: a large living room with a beautiful brand-new bay window opening directly onto the garden, a fireplace, and a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) with its own bathroom and toilet (both brand new). Storage and direct access to the garage.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed 160 x 200, one with bunk beds 90 x 200 (+ cot), and one with a double bed 160 x 200 and a single bed 90 x 200) and a renovated bathroom, two sinks, separate toilets (storage in each bedroom).
Household linens (sheets, towels, dishcloths, bath mats...) are not provided.
Children's toys available.

Spacious 1500 m² garden, quiet and sunny, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a table for lunch and dinner. Terrace, barbecue, trampoline...

This house can accommodate up to 9 people.

Ruim huis dat dringend onderhoud nodig heeft....

Prima vakantie gehad met 8 volwassen en een baby. Heerlijke tuin om te luieren en gezellig te eten en te sporten. Het interieur van het huis is gedateerd en moet nodig vernieuwd worden. Sommige deuren en ramen waren niet of moeilijk te sluiten. Het doucheraam kon niet open terwijl de afzuiging weigerde. Er is al langere tijd niet goed schoongemaakt; vooral in de keuken en sanitaire ruimtes is dat te zien aan stof en schimmel. Ook was te ruiken dat er honden in huis waren geweest. Belangrijk om te weten dat je zelf bedden- en linnengoed moet meenemen - staat niet vermeld op de website. Het huis heeft echt een upgrade nodig om weer te voldoen aan de huidige vakantie-eisen.

Grande maison très agréable

Une maison idéale pour passer des vacances avec de jeunes enfants, le jardin et la terrasse sont jolis et très agréables, les pièces de la maison sont grandes et très fonctionnelles. En plus le village et les alentours sont charmants !

Excellent séjour à tout point de vue à recommander absolument.

Belle maison élégante et très confortable. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Magnifique jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu. Tous séjours et en particulier en famille avec enfants ,gros succès pour la trampoline et les ballades jusqu'à la station balnéaire de Merville et son parc à jeux
