This large house is located in the center of Trouville-sur-Mer, it is an old butcher's shop on the ground floor plus four levels which extends over more than 200m2. Located a 3-minute walk from Trouville-Deauville train station and less than five minutes from the beach or the Casino, La Boucherie Trouville and in the heart of the bustling restaurants, quayside shops while remaining quiet on the street of the Navy.

Family Trip

We had a great stay at Bertrand’s place. Great location and plenty of rooms for everyone. Everything was in walking distance. Would recommend to anyone!

Great property in the heart of Trouville

This is great listing if you're planning on staying right in the heart of Trouville / Deauville, and you're not planning on using a car while in town. The river bank with shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a couple of blocks. It's particularly well-suited if you have a large group as it can cater for four couples and an army of children. The house is essentially brand new, with a well-equipped kitchen, a common bathroom on each upper floor plus another in the basement, and a washer/dryer combo that works very well. The common area is large and comfortable. We found the house to be very clean upon arrival and communication and check-in/check-out were problem-free.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week stay in Trouville! 2 families with teens/tweens there was plenty of space for everyone and a perfect location to access all Deauville/Trouville have to offer. We had everything we needed and host communication good. Highly recommend!
