Apartment of 135 m2, located in the Roches Noires building, 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. Newly renovated kitchen and two bathrooms.

Our place is on the ground floor with a very small garden in front. We do not face the sea directly, but there is a view to the beach and the sea from the kitchen/dining room. The apartment is family/child friendly in that you can go out of the dining room, walk down the side of the building (on grass) and then find yourself on the beach.

There is parking in front of the apartment.

Ground floor: Hallway, kitchen and dining room, living room (with stairs to 1st floor), bedroom (with queen sized bed) and bathroom with bathtub.
First floor (Mezzanine): Open landing with double bed and a kids bed (home made bunk bed, safe). Separate bedroom with a double bed. Separate play-room, on top of kitchen (open). Bathroom with shower.

All new appliances (électroménagers) in high quality.
Two TVs. Towels, sheets and bed linens are provided.

Note that the TV has very limited channels.

Appartement de 135 m2, dans le légendaire hôtel de Trouville sur mer "Les Roches Noires" datant de 1866. En bord de mer, et à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. L’appartement peut accueillir facilement 8 personnes. La cuisine et les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées.
L'appartement est au RDC avec un petit jardin. Nous ne sommes
pas directement face à la mer, mais nous avons une vue sur la plage et la mer de la cuisine et de la salle à manger.

L'appartement est bien pour les familles et les enfants à cause du plan et la structure des chambres, mais aussi puisqu’on
a un accès très facile à la plage (pas de rue à traverser).

Il y a un parking avec un portail devant l'appartement.

Les serviettes de bain et le linge de lit sont fournis.

RDC :
- Grande entrée avec dressing
- 1 chambre avec lit double accolée à la salle de bain avec
baignoire ancienne et WC
- Cuisine ouverte sur le séjour avec ilot central : lave-vaisselle,
cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, plaques induction, four, micro-onde
- Salle à manger
- Salon avec escalier colimaçon.

Etage :
- 1 grande chambre ouverte avec 1 lit double + 1 lit superposé
- 1 chambre avec 1 lit double
- Salle de bain avec douche italienne, WC , lave linge et sèche linge
- Salle de jeux sur la mezzanine

Tous les électroménagers sont de haute qualité et il y a deux télévisions dans l’appartement. Malheureusement, les TVs ont des chaînes très limitées.

Our family of 7 thought this home was so beautiful! The building had a grand old hotel type feel but the apartment seemed newly renovated and slept us all perfectly! The area was beautiful and easy to get around in. We would definitely return! Toku was very attentive and easy to contact! Thank you Toku!

Perhaps in its heyday this was a nice property. Property is pretty run down. There was a significant amount of construction and refurbishing going on during our stay. Great location on the beach, but the property was pretty shabby. It kind of felt like we were walking into a condemned building. The actual apartment was clean and appointed adequately, but is quite old. We had the place booked for 4 or 5 nights but we only stayed one night and then moved to a hotel in town. It was just a bit too much on the creepy side. Especially when you first drive up. It’s poorly lit and we were the only ones in the building.
We arrived after dark. The entire building was dark and looked like an abandoned building

A beautiful apartment

Everything was easy from the start. Beautiful apartment. Very close to town and so close to the beach. The property is with what was a hotel many moons ago and has a lovely feel about it. Easy parking outside the apartment. Toke was very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Hope to return next year

D-Day 8 day break

The property is a wonderful old French seaside impact property great for family and friends. Unfortunately the builders were there during our stay. We didn`t mind this but we did mind the excessive amount of dust entering the living space. We were only told about this a few weeks before the arrival date and we could not change the dates. There was disappointment but it was lucky we were out all day everyday. I am sure this was a one off and we would be happy to return.

Super Gastgeber - tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir bereits "angekommen". Die Geschichte des Hauses .. die Wohnung .. die Gestaltung .. wir haben uns noch nie irgendwo so wohl gefühlt .. und zwar vom ersten Augenblick an. Wenn es Rückfragen gab .. war die Betreuung 1A. Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen und sich wohzulfühlen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

We had a fantastic stay in this fabulous property. The location is incredible, walk out the door and down to the beach! We loved walking along the beach to town, just 10 minutes or less. There was so much space and wonderful light in every room. We all really enjoyed it, ages 6 to 80! The beach view from the kitchen and lounge made me smile everyday. We found every dish, pan, glass, and utensil that we needed to cook in the great kitchen. Toke is very nice and responsive. I highly recommend!

Een prachtig authentiek appartement op een toplocatie. Trouville is echt heel leuk (Deauville vonden wij maar minder) Honfleur vlakbij en is een schattig en mooi stadje. Nog zoveel meer te zien. Komen zeker terug.

Un endroit unique, idéalement placé en bord de plage !

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans cet endroit chargé d'histoire, avec un hall exceptionnel et une formidable vue sur la Mer. La plage est à deux pas, le centre ville à 10 minutes à pieds. L'appartement est très agréable, on y voit la mer depuis le salon & la cuisine. Toke est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain ! Je vous recommande à 100% cette location pour décompresser.

Situation idéale et appartement tout confort

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et adapté aux jeunes enfants. Très bien situé en bord de plage et à 10 min à pieds du centre ville. La possibilité de garer la voiture sur place est un atout important à Trouville! Mise à disposition du linge de maison et de tous les produits de premières nécessité (savon, papier toilette, mouchoirs, produit vaisselle etc…) ce qui est très pratique pour un court séjour. Communication très claire et aisée avec le propriétaire et procedure d’arrivée facile. Beaucoup d’atouts pour cette location de vacances, nous reviendrons!

Un bol d’air dans un cadre magnifique !

Superbe appartement pour un séjour au grand air ! Équipements en parfait état, et configuration parfaite pour une famille nombreuse. L’immeuble a beaucoup de cachet et d’historique, et bénéficie d’un accès direct à la plage, ce qui n’a pas de prix. Son emplacement est suffisamment proche du centre pour tout faire à pied, et suffisamment à l’écart pour ne pas souffrir de la foule. Quant au propriétaire, Toke a été d’une grande aide et très réactif. Les échanges ont été très faciles, ce qui a d’autant plus facilité notre séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Superbe appartement idéalement situé. A quelques mètres de la plage. Les commerces et restaurants sont également accessibles à pied via les planches sur la plage. L'appartement de Toke est spacieux, lumineux, chaleureux, trés bien agencé. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. La literie est trés bonne. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end et nous reviendrons !!

Why they chose this property

We love the old style, and les Roches Noires is both old, charming, and impressive. It's right on the beach, which is important as our kids do not need to pass a street to get there.
