House located 3km from Houlgate beach. Private swimming pool with shelter, heated from May until September 15. South-facing terrace with a magnificent open view of the countryside. Wooded garden,
closed of 3000m2. Possibility of sleeping 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor gas barbecue.
WIFI connection.
Possibility to rent for a weekend outside July and August.

Lovely house, idyllic location

Spacious, well equipped house with large garden and super, warm pool. Would recommend and, if we ever return to Normandy, would definitely book again.

A wonderful family holiday

Our 3 generation family stayed in this beautiful home in Gonneville-sur-Mer at the end of July, and while the weather was a bit up and down, we had a fabulous time. We made great use of the lovely, warm pool, gas barbecue and the loungers overlooking the amazing view. The property was clean and comfortable and plenty big enough for the 9 of us. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

Family summer holiday 2023

Beautiful house in beautiful and peaceful location. The view from the garden is stunning! We had 4 adults, 4 children and two dogs, and there was more than enough space. Supermarket and beach approx 10-15 min drive away. Would def recommend

Perfect!

What an amazing week we have had in this property. The house was just as advertised, if not better. All fully kitted out with everything you would need. Clean and comfortable. 9 of us stayed plus a dog and plenty of space and all the cooking and eating utensils and more, that you would need for your stay. The dishwasher was a bonus. The swimming pool was clean and very warm, so well used by us all and the table tennis table was perfect for the family tournament arranged by my nephew. The outside space included loungers and a large patio table, big enough for us all to sit around as husband cooked the dinner on the gas BBQ, whilst the rest of us enjoyed the stunning views from the patio. The village is beautiful but tiny and doesn't have any shops but the local town of Houlgate is close by and handy for the morning bread and crossiants. The owners were very helpful and the whole family thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely house in lovely area

Very clean and comfortable for all ages. Splendid pool set in most attractive grounds with good views over the valley and village. Within easy reach of beach and shops - the local town of Houlgate has good shops. Internet slow, but overall 10/10.

Spacious residence with a fabulous view

A great place to stay with 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, for our group of 3 families including 5 young adolescents. Slightly rundown but very authentic. A good base for visiting the sites of Normandy.

très belle maison bien exposée au calme avec une vue splendide tous les équipements sont présents et la communication avec les propriétaires a été claires amicales et réactives !! nous avons eu la chance d’avoir très beau temps donc la piscine a été très appréciée (chauffée à 25deg) Merci

Fijn verblijf

Mooi en ruim huis met super uitzicht. Omgeving is prachtig en nabij dorpen en bezienswaardigheden. Zwembad helaas niet gebruikt vanwege koude weer. Maar alles was verzorgd en voor elkaar in de tuin. In huis van alle gemakken voorzien, maar beetje gedateerd en gebrek aan lekkere stoelen. Maar met mooi weer zul je ook meer buiten zijn en daar zijn voldoende zitgelegenheden.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Gute Kommunikation mit Anne welche auch sehr zuvorkommend war. Hervé hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Great place to holiday…

Had a really great time while staying here, despite some bad weather. The pool was great, always warm and clean due to the solid cover. Garden was fantastic for the younger members of our group, they loved running up and down the hill! Just one little minor criticism is that there could be a couple more comfy armchairs. But this didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.

Maison très vaste ,très bien conçue pour une grande famille avec un terrain magnifique et une vue qui l’est autant. La piscine chauffée et la table de Ping Ping ont fait la joie de mes petits enfants. Il ne manque rien pour passer de bons séjours car la situation permet de s’occuper sans problème..

A family get-together

The property suited us perfectly - 6 adults and 4 children aged 6-10 years old. The kitchen was well equipped, the 3 bathrooms a bonus and the pool was clean and ‘safe’. The weather was sunny and hot the entire week of our stay so the garden furniture, ping pong table and pool were well used by all!
