Pretty modern house of 220M, composed of an American kitchen opened on a very nice stay dining room. A wood stove will offer you moments of relaxation with a good fire!You can leave your car on a private parking closed by an electric gate. 6 bedrooms: bedroom 1: a bed of 160, with a dressing room, a bathroom (a shower, a bath-tub, a basin) a TV
Bedroom 2: two single beds cupboard, TV and shower and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 160 with a bathroom with a shower and a sink. A large cupboard and a TV.

Located 5 km from Beaumont trough very pretty village of Calvados, 10 minutes from Deauville and find on sea, you will give access to their many activities (Casino, swimming pool, sea promenade, beach, golf, horse riding, market ... )
5 minutes from the bishop's bridge, its lake offers many water sports. the garden has a dining table, chairs, barbecue and sunbeds!
Cradled in light, this pretty house is ideal to receive families or groups of friends!Decorated with taste, it has all the comfort to live there.
There is possibility of renting linen for the beds (10euros per bed) on request of estimate.

Lovely home in a nice area. Sufficient linens. Suggestions: a book with instructions for the home and local restaurants and attractions would be helpful! cleanliness. Cobwebs on the vaulted ceilings could have been removed. Broken cupboard in kitchen and couple of broken chairs in dining area.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end du 8 mai dans cette location, idéalement située à seulement 15 minutes de Deauville. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et le lieu est parfait pour un séjour en famille : spacieux, agréable et au calme. Tout est réuni pour passer de très bons moments ensemble. Maison spacieuse au calme avec une belle vue sur la campagne normande.

Location conforme à sa description, très agréable, avec une grande piece de vie, une grande terrasse, bien équipée. Nous étions 6 couples. Petit bémol les 3 salles de bains sont intégrées dans des chambres, et à 6 couples cela demande un peu d'organisation.

Die Beschreibung des Objekts war für uns 7 Familienmitglieder ( mit 2 Hunden) schon vielversprechend, aber als wir in das Haus einzogen, waren wir mehr als begeistert.
