Quiet, large fully renovated villa ideally located 300 m from the beach and shops. 5 * classification in furnished accommodation.
1500 m² of enclosed garden with trees and sun.
The villa is comfortably furnished, fully equipped including a 50 m² living room with wood stove, internet access, WIFI, TV. Very comfortable 40 m² kitchen / dining room with terrace.
6 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, WC
Possibility on the ground floor on the terrace of a 7th bedroom with its bathroom, WC and independent access.
Rental for any period from 6 to 14 people (3 to 7 bedrooms); contact us for pricing.
Electricity consumption prorated on your departure.
A wood stove is at your disposal. Wood provided on request at a rate of 10 € for a pack of 8 compressed wood logs.

Lovely house in a great location

The house was a great size for our family group and well equipped. Great location, easy walking to the beach and shops even for the children We were lucky to have some good weather to enjoy the large garden and the kids loved playing in it. The only thing that could improve it would be to have some outdoor equipment/ toys for the children and the bbq to be in working order (probably not expecting the weather to be good enough for it!)

Très belle villa, parfaite pour 12 personnes, jardin très agréable. Seul bémol : l’horaire de départ a 10h00 le dimanche matin est trop tôt pour une location de week-end.

Vanwege 40 jarig huwelijk met alle kinderen en kleinkinderen in deze prachtige villa gelogeerd. Prachtige tuin en heerlijk weer. Strand is 5 minuten lopen. Cabourg is een leuke badplaats. We hebben genoten !

Mooi huis, maar wel met gebreken en slechte service van eigenaar

Mooi huis met grote tuin, maar niet geschikt om met een groep van 12 personen in te verblijven omdat de boiler te weinig capaciteit heeft om fatsoenlijk te kunnen douchen. Continu koud water, drama! Ook te weinig sanitair aanwezig voor zo’n groep overigens. Tijdens ons verblijf begaf de WiFi het na 2 dagen en heeft het de laatste 5 dagen van ons verblijf ook niet meer gedaan. We hebben dit zo’n beetje iedere dag kenbaar gemaakt aan de eigenaar. De eigenaar is niet langsgekomen om ons hiermee te helpen en bleef steeds maar verwijzen naar Orange. Hele slechte service dit. Ook geen enkele compensatie ontvangen voor het ongemak. Tijdens de check out werden we min of meer weggejaagd door de eigenaar, nog voor de formele check out tijd. Bizar. Erg onbeschoft allemaal. Kortom, geen aanrader!

la maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Je viens de séjourner dans cette très belle villa avec ma famille (de ma tante qui a 82 ans à mon dernier neveu qui a 6 semaines). La maison est exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce, très bien conçue (on a tous dormi malgré 2 bébés), à 200m de la plage et du centre, les enfants peuvent jouer en sécurité dans le jardin. Je recommande.

Belle longère entièrement rénovée dans un style très actuel .Cuisine / salle à manger très bien équipées. Les chambres à l"étage permettent de s'isoler du groupe si on le désire. Idéalement située au calme mais très proche de la mer et du centre ville. Excellent séjour.

Outstanding Property

The photos and description on the website made us select this property, but the reality was even better. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and has an excellent room layout with wonderful dining areas, inside and out, as well as numerous places to rest and relax. Everything you could need is thoughtfully provided leaving little for you to have to think about or sort out. The location is excellent, with just a short walk to the town centre or the beach. The owners were lovely to deal with too. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful stay at this great villa for 3 families (from the United States). We came to the area to watch a Women soccer world cup 2019 game in Le Havre and stayed for a couple of nights. Close to downtown and to the beach. Helene, the host, was also wonderful. It was a the perfect stay for us!

Idéalement situé. Proche de la mer, du centre ville, et néanmoins très calme. Villa bien équipée avec un grand jardin fermé où nos petits-enfants ont pu jouer en toute sécurité. Avons passé un très agréable séjour . À recommander vivement.
