Ideally located, very comfortable, refined decoration in the heart of Cabourg, near the beach and the town center with its shops and market. but also near tennis courts, horse riding center, and beach club.
5 minutes by car from several supermarkets.
The enclosed garden is spacious and quiet. a terrace is provided for taking meals outside. The outbuilding allows a couple and 2 children to enjoy the benefits of the large house while maintaining their independence.

Nous avons passé une semaine bien sympathique dans cette belle maison, agréable à vivre, idéalement située à proximité du centre et de la plage. La propriétaire était très à l'écoute de nos demandes et l’accueil excellent ! La literie est très confortable et le jardin fleuri et clos a fait le bonheur des enfants.

Maison très bien située proche plage et centre ville. Mais maison ancienne avec porte d'entrée difficile a fermer, portes des salles d'eau wc ne ferment pas dans bungalow et chambre 1er étage. Un seul trousseau de clés pour une maison accueillant plusieurs couples .Dommage!

Belle maison pour un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis pour les fêtes de fin d'année dans cette grande maison. Très bien située (à 2 pas du centre ville et de la mer, parfait pour de belles balades), dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable, les pièces à vivre (salon + salle à manger) sont bien proportionnées par rapport au nombre d'habitants : nous avons particulièrement apprécié la très grande table pour manger ! La cuisine est très bien équipée, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et manger même à 8. Le jardin est grand et agréable, en hiver nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, mais ça donne envie d'y revenir en été ! Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très facile, Mme Dassié a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de sympathie. L'entrée et la sortie des lieux étaient parfaits, la maison était propre et le chauffage avait été lancé avant notre arrivée, très confortable ! À recommencer et à recommander !
