The Villa Eden is a contemporary villa of 280 m2, with a beautiful heated indoor pool (April to December) and a huge green garden of 5000 m2 just 15 minutes from Deauville and 3 km from the beach.

Located in the small town of Auberville, between sea and countryside, it is an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday while being close to the sea and major tourist cities of Normandy.

With 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 adults (plus 2 children), the Villa Eden is suitable for family stays.

It offers an indoor pool and heated from April to December, many indoor activities (table football, board games ...), outdoor (solarium, large wooden playground ...) and an annex in the garage with a play area with billiards and ping-pong table. The guests of Villa Eden will always find an occupation throughout the stay.

The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped so a great base for a family holiday in a lovely area. The kids enjoyed the huge gated garden and of course the pool, which is superb.

Best Villa and location we have stayed in France

Villa Eden was far better than we had expected both in quality and in location. It's situated in quite a rural area but easy access to a small town which has the amazing fresh food markets and good restaurants. It's also close to a lovely sandy beach. The villa is very spacious and the swimming pool was very popular with all the family. The patio is a perfect sun trap and very private.

La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée pour occuper des adultes et des ados même en cas de mauvais temps (piscine intérieur, billard, table de ping-pong). Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et le terrain est grand et bien entretenu.

très bon séjour

Une grande maison au calme, bien équipée aussi bien pour les divertissements (piscine, babyfoot, table de ping pong, billard, ballons, ...) qu'au sein de la maison. La maison est bien située, à 10-15min du front de mer. De très bon conseils pratiques sont donnés par les propriétaires avant l'arrivée : gestion du linge, équipement de la maison, localisation des commerces/restaurants..., activités dans les environs, etc. Les fiches fournies par email sont très pratiques. Un léger bémol sur la qualité du ménage à certains endroits mais au global c'est tout à fait correct. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille avec 4 enfants (4 à 14 ans) et un bébé. On serait bien restés un peu plus longtemps.
