This beachfront home away from home has a warm and inviting beach cottage feel with a large private sixth-floor balcony for an amazing Gulf-front view. The large accommodating kitchen with upgraded white cabinets and plenty of counter space has everything needed to make your favorite beach meal. The breakfast bar has three bar stools for fun gatherings. The living room features comfortable bright furnishings with a queen sofa bed, a 39” TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo sound system. The mirrored wall in the living room gives an added feel of extra spaciousness to the entire condo. The main bedroom with its king bed, plantation shutters, black-out drapes, comfortable bedding, and carpeting provides a soft, serene atmosphere. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a casual beach cottage feel, plantation shutters, light comfortable bedding, TV, and carpeted floor. The bathrooms have modern higher-profile Kohler toilets. The dining table seats six and on the balcony, you'll find additional seating for four where you can enjoy listening to the waves while sipping your favorite beverage. Grab your beach towel and make your way over to the sparkling shared pool for a refreshing splash if you don't fancy getting your toes in the sand.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
