Great Stay

Great property with good facilities. Shops and local restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to the beach and a number of supermarkets. The next door neighbour, Max, was a lovely guy who was very helpful and looked after the swimming pool. The only slight problem we encounted was that although English is noted as a language spoken all communications were in French, with us just having a limited knowledge, although the check in details and local suggestions were sent to us when we requested them.

Wonderful Holiday

We stayed at this villa for two weeks. My wife, myself and our little dog. Directions to the villa were spot on and we were greeted by the lovely Max (the host who lives next door) when we arrived. He was superb all through our holiday looking out for us without being obtrusive. We even got invited to the street party one day which was just lovely meeting all the locals. The accommodation was exactly as described and although the weather was quite mixed and windy we did manage a few days around the pool. The area is lovely and was gearing up for the high season whilst we were there so some places were not fully open. The markets are well worth a visit. Overall a great holiday.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Träumchen, die Küche ist super ausgestattet,es fehlte nichts. Max war sehr hilfsbereit,auch wenn wir keine Hilfe brauchten. :-) Der Pool ist toll!

Super séjour la maison est très grande et très pratique. La piscine est très très grande et l’emplacement est super près de tout, près de la mer et plein d’activités autour. Max le voisin a été super avec nous et a pris soin de la piscine ce qui fait qu’elle était tout le temps propre. Merci max. Seul bey c’est les moustiques on a était piqué mais la saison a fait que.

Très agréable séjour

La maison a un très beau jardin, parfait si l'on voyage avec un chien. La piscine était propre et la maison aussi, sauf un peu de calcaire dans les douches. Maison très grande avec beaucoup de place et tout le confort. Nous avons déjeuné tous les jours dans le jardin. Les environs sont superbes, pour la promenade du chien il y a une rivière avec pâturages à 100 mètres. La ville offre aussi tout le confort qu'il faut et le village est superbe. La plage est toute proche et les chiens autorisés. En somme nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Villa conforme à l'annonce, propreté impeccable. Villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée avec tout le confort énoncé. Coin piscine très agréable. Nous avons passés un excellent sejour en famille. Nous étions 8.La maison est telle que sur les images. Tout est fait pour être bien.La maison est très bien équipée en vaisselle,le frigo est très grand.Rien ne manque... La piscine est géniale ,suffisamment de transats. La maison était très propre. Semaine détente

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle est très bien située (proximité des commerces, de la plage, de la voie verte). Max, le voisin très bienveillant qui s'occupe de la gestion de la maison a tout fait pour que nos vacances se passent au mieux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Nous etions 3 générations + un toutou et nous validons à l unanimité !!!!

Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Viel Platz im Haus, toller Garten, toller Pool. Sämtliche Ausstattung ist vorhanden und der Grill im Garten wurde gut genutzt. Durch hohe Bepflanzung und Zaun hatte man im Garten auch seine Privatsphäre und konnte die Zeit am Pool sehr genießen. Der Nachbar Max hat sich super gekümmert und gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben als 4 Köpfige Familie + kleinen Hund unseren Spaß gehabt und konnten gut entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es mehr als genug in der Nähe. Supermärkte innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Spazierpfad/ Jogging Route führt vom Haus direkt bis zum Strand, was auch super war. Wir würden definitiv erneut hinfahren.

Superbe séjour dans une maison tous conforts

Séjour sur les 2 dernières semaines de mai 2023. Maison très propre, agréable et très bien équipée. Proche de nombreux points de visites (Colliour / Espagne / petits villages pittoresques) Un grand merci à Max et sa femme (les voisins) pour leur accueil gentillesse et leurs conseils. Juste un petit bémol sur la piscine qui malgré les efforts de la personne qui l entretien n’a jamais été utilisable pendant notre séjour. Location que nous conseillons pour découvrir ce secteur Catalan

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in bester Lage

Schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Es ist alles Nötige vorhanden und der Pool sehr sauber. Der Garten ist herrlich und die Lage sehr ruhig. Zu den schönen Stränden nur 10 Minuten. Es gibt tolle Tips vom Hausherren und dem freundlichen Nachbarn Max für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Weine. Max kümmert sich rührend um Garten und Pool. Merci beaucoup! Wir haben mit zwei Familien den Uralub sehr genossen!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus überzeugt mit viel Fläche und einem großzügigen Grundriss sowie einem schön angelegten Garten mit großem Pool. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Haus selbst könnte besser gepflegt sein, die Terassendielen waren teilweise lose oder Schrauben und Spreisel haben herausgeschaut; in einem Bad war das Holz aufgequollen und muffig; die Spülmaschine ungepflegt. Der Standard der Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen: dreckige Bettlaken, Böden, Bäder und Geschirr. Extra bezahlte Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage.
