House of my childhood that I have inherited and that I rent. My job is somewhere else in France and I cannot live in there for the moment.

This property is near to town without the disadvantages. Shops are really close.
Neau Well-known touristics places as Uzès, Avignon, le png du Gard ( well known bridge), wine-producing as "The Tavel" the best Rosé of France.
The house is pleasant in the summer, bedrooms and the upper bathroom were completely redid. The living-room is spacious and allow you to relax as the garden and the swimming pool.
