Vineyard house completely renovated: combines authenticity and modernity: everything is new and quality. Pool 9 x 4 m. Depth: 1.5 m. Separated from the terrace by a fence. Provence Gard. 30 kms from AVIGNON or UZES. 50 kms of Nimes. 5 Rooms: 11, 15, 16, 16, 16 m² divided between ground floor and 1st floor.

Air conditioning in all rooms.

Provence Gard. 30 kms from AVIGNON or UZES. 50 kms of Nimes. In the countryside, surrounded by fields, vineyards and trails. Swimming near the river Cèze, or Canoe.
Provencal markets, medieval villages, local products: honey, olive oil, lavender oil, fruit and vegetables, fish: the Mediterranean Sea in an hour.
Shops, restaurants in 5 minutes.
Cèze Valley at the crossroads of several very famous places:
- North: the Ardèche Gorges 20 minutes, canoeing, Vallon Pont d'Arc. Orgnac.
- To the west: Uzes, its Duchy, shops and market of Provence; Cévennes 50 kms: the Bamboo, Anduze, steam train.
- To the east: Avignon and the Papal Palace, its theater festival 35 km, Orange and its Roman theater, its Chorégies, operas at 20 kms. Les Baux de Provence, less than an hour.
- South: The Pont du Gard, Nimes 50 km: House Square, Bullring. The Camargue in less than an hour. The Mediterranean Sea and beaches of Grau du Roi, Saintes-Maries de la Mer, Grande Motte: 90 kms. Very easy to go for the day.

great house in the middle of a wine yard

Amazing house, location and owner!

Our two week holiday was fabulous. The house and surrounds were beautiful and spacious enough for two families with two young toddlers. The location could not be any better with major sights to see all within a 40 minute drive and huge supermarkets on the outside of the nearby village. The pool was a little chilly when the wind picked up but that is the Mistral for you. Thank you Gilles for a wonderful holiday.

A Great Stay at Le Baranier

A peaceful location in the middle of a vineyard but a good base location for visiting places in the region. Gilles was very helpful in recommending places to go and markets to visit. Clear instructions on how to run the house. The house was clean, cool and plenty of room. The kitchen well equipped. WiFi good. The supply of wine was excellent!

Fantastic house for family holiday

We previously stayed at the neighboring house, La Romance, and had a fantastic 2 weeks and so had high expectations of La Baranier. The property did not disappoint! Lovely, modern interior with all the utensils, crockery etc an extnded family could need. Easy access to shops and the boulangerie in the town (10 minute walk) and within an hour's drive of Avignon, Nimes and 1 hour 45 to the coast near Montpellier. Once again, Gilles was a superb host and provided his excellent wine. We thoroughly recommend both la Romance or La Baranier to anyone looking for a holiday in the Gard.

Magnifique demeure !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire, qui s'est montré très disponible et attentif à nos besoins. La maison est non seulement très bien agencée, mais aussi extrêmement pratique et spacieuse, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le terrain de pétanque et la piscine, qui ont été des atouts majeurs pour nos moments de détente. De plus, la maison est idéalement située, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir facilement les nombreux sites touristiques alentours.

Heerlijk huis!

We hebben een week doorgebracht in dit heerlijke huis samen met familie (2 gezinnen en ouders). Het huis is heel ruim en prettig voor een familiale groep, ook gezien de drie badkamers. Door het slechte weer beperkt gebruik kunnen maken van het prachtige zwembad. Huis is gelegen tussen de wijngaarden, maar toch dicht bij de bakker en supermarkt! Wijn is erg lekker! Echt een plek om naar terug te komen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Provence

Modernes und neues Haus, funktional eingerichtet. Ein schöner großer Pool. Das Haus ist von Weinstöcken umgeben und schön gelegen. Hinter dem Haus ist eine Gerätescheune angebaut. Man muss damit rechnen, Traktorgeräusche zu hören. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un séjour plus que magnifique

Maison grande,agréable, bien agencée pour un séjour à plusieurs couples avec enfants et de différentes générations. Au calme au milieu du vignoble,louée en hiver,donc nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine,mais nous pensons que l'été c'est très agréable. Agréable séjour

La maison est spacieuse et agréable, située en plein milieu des vignes ce qui rend le cadre très agréable. La maison est entièrement climatisée, ce qui est confortable en cas de fortes chaleurs notamment dans les chambres. L'accueil de Gilles est parfait, à la fois plein de conseils pour découvrir la région et discret pour garantir un bon séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location, bien située pour découvrir la vallée de la Cèze et le gorges de l'Ardèche.
