In this new gite with an assertive design, you will taste the privileges of your fully equipped 80 m² wooden stilt house. Composed of 3 bedrooms (2 beds 2 people + 1 bunk bed on extra sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, Air conditioning, 3 TVs, free wifi, laundry room equipped with washer / dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, garden furniture, WEBER barbecue and its 60 m² private terrace, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.

You will enjoy the calm in the middle of nature, far from civilization but only 5 minutes from the city center of Saint Marcel d'Ardèche and all its amenities.

On site, you will enjoy a moment of relaxation and refreshment in the infinity pool with spectacular views of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.

If you want to go on an adventure, our cottage is at the crossroads of multiple discoveries like the caves of St Marcel, the Madeleine, the Aven d'Orgnac and the famous Chauvet cave called the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, not to mention the essential Ardèche Gorges!
The Crocodile farm just 10 minutes away will enchant you with its diverse and varied warm-blooded and cold-blooded species.

Gîte with a magnificent view

This beautifully presented and impeccably clean gîte sits surrounded by trees ,perched in the hills near Saint Martin. It is well equipped and close enough to wonderful restaurants and facilities. It’s an ideal place to retreat to after a day exploring the busy beaches, scenery and architecture d’Ardèche. The swimming pool is a lovely refuge from the searing heat and offers stunning vheat.

Amazing house in beautiful landscape

We had a perfect stay at Carole‘s House. She and her family are perfect landlords. The house itself is situated on the hillside with a perfect view. It’s modern and well equipped. There are three outdoor seatings to chose. The pool is big and fancy. The nearby Ardeche-Valley is gorgeous and offers a lot of outdoor activities.

Découverte de l’Ardèche

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Carole. Nous étions deux adultes et quatre enfants. Le gîte est très confortable, parfaitement équipé et propre. Les literies sont de bonne qualité.Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la grande piscine chauffée. Carole nous a indiqué de bons restaurants et une adresse pour le canoë.Je conseille vivement et j’espère y séjourner une prochaine fois.

Wunderbar

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Provence verlebt. Das Haus war tiptop in Ordnung, sehr schön eingerichtet, wie auch auf den Fotos sichtbar. Wir haben morgens den Kaffee bei den ersten Sonnenstrahlen auf der schönen Terrasse genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

parfait pour notre middle week

en long weekend et souhaitant visiter l'Ardèche et sa région, nous avons opté pour ce logement tout confort parfaitement adapté à notre famille. Très bien équipé, charmant et bien situé, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre weekend ! Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et permettent quelque soit la saison de trouver son petit coin de bonheur et de calme. Un petit coin de paradis

Mes amies et moi avons passé un séjour fabuleux chez Carole et sa famille! Long week end en perspective pour se retrouver au vert et au calme et profiter du beau temps. Le séjour était parfait ! Propreté impeccable, déco soignée et beaucoup d'espaces extérieurs pour profiter entre amis. La piscine est magnifique! Carole et son mari étaient aux petits soins pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour, tout en nous laissant notre bulle d'intimité. Je recommande à 200%! Merci Carole et à une prochaine fois!

AGRÉABLE !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo des plus chaotique ... le logement est neuf, d'un parfaite propreté et tres bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympa , nous conseillons cette location sans hésitation, et si nous revenons su côte de St Marcel, c'est ici que nous logerons .

Séjour en famille en Février

Logement tout neuf et décoré avec soins la terrasse est superbe. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Carole qui était à l'écoute. La via Rhona est à deux pas et les gorges de l'Ardèche à quelques minutes de voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Formidable !

Le gîte est conforme aux photographies, les équipements et les meubles sont neufs, d’une propreté irréprochable. Les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus et que dire de l’espace piscine … exceptionnel ! Nos hôtes, Carole et Olivier ainsi que leur famille, sont très sympathiques, accueillants, serviables et discrets. Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances entre amis et recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en Ardèche. La location est parfaite, moderne, très propre, joliment décorée, tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien. Les hôtes sont charmants, disponibles et très accueillants. Et que dire de cette magnifique piscine… la combinaison idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances ! Dommage que nous ne soyons pas restés plus longtemps pour faire plus ample connaissance.

Bruno et sa famille sont vraiment très agréables, curieux de la région qu’ils visitent, discrets, respectueux des règles de la maison, ils communiquent aisément et laisse les lieux en très bon état. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur séjour et les recommandons sans aucun soucis.

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes ravis de ce premier séjour en Ardèche et regrettons de ne pas avoir prévu d’y passer deux semaines. Beaucoup de sites à visiter à proximité tout comme à une heure environ (Nîmes, pont du Gard, Avignon ...). La maison est bien agencée et aménagée avec goût et la piscine très agréable.

Prachtige gite; smaakvolle moderne inrichting

Wij hadden een heerlijke week in de gite. Carole en haar familie waren zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Zij bestelden bijvoorbeeld direct een grote parasol toen wij meer schaduw op het terras nodig hadden. De gite ligt prachtig op een rustige locatie maar wel dicht bij mooie dorpjes en sportieve activiteiten.
