About this property

Local stone Provencal country cottage with pool

This small stone cottage, recently constructed respecting true Provençal traditions, welcomes you to the delicious small village of Saint André de Roquepertuis.
The construction will be complete by early June, at the same time when the pool will be filled. Surrounded by rosemary and oleanders, on a large 3000m2 lot, the cottage is located outside of the village in a peaceful location where only the crickets come to bother you. Shaded terrace, an 8m X 2m “endless lap pool”; ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples.
As early as mid-June, date of the end of the construction, we will provide many photos of the interior of the loft style house, which has large spaces that take advantage of the light and a very large bay window that directly overlooks the swimming pool or the evening sunset.
The decoration is "industrial-flea market".

Beautiful property exquisitely decorated and furnished both inside and outside. Pool was wonderful and cooling with the hot temperatures and the covered seating area was the most used area during the day and night. What a delight.Beautiful village and within easy reach of many other places worth exploring.Big garden however overgrown so not able to explore and enjoy the views from the elevated bench position. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday in the area.

Wonderful vacation in a perfect environment

We have enjoyed two wonderful and very relaxing weeks in your great house. We loved your pool deck and the Lounge-Style terrasse. The house is very well equipped, our small dog loved the big (fenced) garden. Virginie is taking care, helping you of needed.

What a place to stay! All as advertised! Enjoy the sun on the terrace, cool down inside with the very helpful air conditioning. Very stylish interior. You feel at home right away. Nice little towns in the area to visit. And our dog enjoyed the garden and running around:-) Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

A great vacation home in very quiet location

All in all, a really great little cottage with lots of flair and charm. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, the pool is large enough and right next to the large terrace. The large garden was unfortunately hardly usable as it was not mowed at the time of our stay - which didn't bother us much. But it would not have been very suitable for leisure activities for children. Some furniture in the outdoor area should be replaced - vintage style is great, but a few are too old. And we only found some important things after a few days, e.g. the hammock, beanbags, etc. The briefing at the welcome was rudimentary, but sufficient.

Lovely stay

We had a very lovely stay. The house was very well equiped and modern compared to others in the region. The full fence & good oversight from the terrace has allowed us to let the dog run around without issue. It’s only a short (minutes) drive from a small supermarket, bakery & good restaurants. There’s no immediate necessity to drive longer distances which made us happy. Virginie & her husband were very quick to respond to any messages & checkin only took a couple of minutes which was nice. Having a lower car does require a little bit of angling to drive in/out of the driveway but regular cars will not have any issues here. We did have a fantastic 2 weeks & we are definitely looking forward to stay there again. A point of feedback; the loungebeds from the pictures were not all present, which we found a little dissappointing as the others were a bit rougher to sit on. But plenty of seats are available to lounge so we were pleased anyway. A suggestion; Perhaps an extra parasol base would be a nice to have as there are multiple available at the house.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful house in a small town with a lot of nice people. We liked that there are different kinds of coffee machines. You can make your favorite coffee for sure. The place looks better then on the pictures. We loved everything about it and we even used the pool in november. That was a bit cold ;-)

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, in einem kleinen sehr schönen, vertrĂ€umten Dorf. Die Leute dort sind alle sehr nett. Man kann mit dem Hund direkt vom Haus loslaufen. Das Haus war so wie beschrieben, an manchen Stellen nagt schon der Zahn der Zeit, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Es gibt im Umfeld viel gut bezeichnete Wanderwege, wo man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen kann. Der Supermarkt in ca. 4km Enrfernung ist zwar nicht so groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Traumhaft

Einfach Traumhaft. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden dort, der eingezĂ€unte Garten ist top, schöne SpaziergĂ€nge sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage ab dem ersten Tag geniessen können. Die Lage war fĂŒr uns ideal. Sehr ruhig und doch sehr viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Gut zu wissen: Der kleine IntermarchĂ© in Cornillon ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt, hat eine gute Produkteauswahl und ist auch am Sonntagmorgen offen. In Goudargues gibt es nette LĂ€den und Restaurants und am Mittwochmorgen hat es einen schönen Markt. Und ja, auch wir haben die Pizza am Freitagabend ausprobiert, die ist echt superlecker. Im Haus hat es eine Pizzakarte, am besten telefonisch vorbestellen und die Abholuhrzeit angeben, der Pizzawagen steht jeweils Freitagabends neben dem Gemeindehaus (Mairie). Wer das Auto stehen lassen will, die Pizza kann gut zu Fuss abgeholt werden, sie ist zuhause immer noch superheiss. Die Betreuung vor Ort war unkompliziert und herzlich. Top Urlaub, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

We hebben een heel leuk verblijf gehad in het huis. Alles wat nodig was, was aanwezig en we kwamen zeker niets te kort. We raden enkel aan om zeker muggenspray mee te nemen!

Heerlijk huis, leuk ingericht, heel comfortabel. We hadden wat minder weer, maar de houtkachel was heerlijk. Keuken was prima uitgerust, ligging bij het dorp waar vanuit je heerlijk kunt wandelen.

Envie de cocooning c’est l’endroit idĂ©al.

Long week-end Pascal, reposante. Pas de chance avec la mĂ©tĂ©o, mais peu importe, la maison est juste extra, au calme, petit supermarchĂ© pas trĂšs loin. La literie est juste parfaite, il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire. On s’y est sentie trĂšs bien et l’accueil trĂšs sympathique.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem fantastischen Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse und Pool. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll fĂŒr Wanderungen, Marktbesuche und Besichtigungen (Nimes, UzĂšs, Ardeche-Schlucht). Supermarkt, Cave, in der NĂ€he. Pizzawagen jeden Freitag Abend im Ort. Und fĂŒr diejenigen, die gerne kochen ,gibt es sogar eine Cocotte im Haus. Ebenfalls zu erwĂ€hnen ist die totale Ruhe. Ein wirklich rundum toller Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten das große GlĂŒck zwei Wochen im August in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen zu dĂŒrfen. Es hat uns rundum großartig gefallen: das Haus ist ein TrĂ€umchen, die Ausstattung hervorragend, mit vielen liebevollen Details, der Garten wunderschön, besonders die Terrasse und der Pool waren fantastisch. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ein niedlicher kleiner Ort, Fluß mit Badestelle in der NĂ€he, Weinberge, viele tolle Orte und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in der NĂ€he. Eine wirklich wunderschöne Region Frankreichs. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Pizzawagen, der jeden Freitag im Ort hĂ€lt: eine tolle Auswahl und einfach nur lecker. Wir hatten einen traumhaften, entspannten Familienurlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!!
